Avoid Wells Fargo at all costs.

For the past 8 years the employees at this branch have been super helpful. But today I had an experience that left a bad taste in my mouth and made we want to close my accounts. Skylar was very condescending and gave false information to me. Helped me realize just how predatory Wells Fargo really is.

Christina is the most condescending and unhelpful associate you could work with in your life. Do not go here, there’s 2 other Wells fargo’s in boulder that are way nicer.

We’ve been coming here for years but we are done now! Came in right before closing to get something notarized and they were absolutely unhelpful. I’ve being getting documents notarized here for years and I know it only takes 5 minutes — between Angelina and the manager Nichole they spent more time explaining why no one could do it instead of just doing it.First the issue was that it was too close to closing. Then the issue was that she didn’t have anyone there that could do it. Then someone could do it but now they are closed. Just a back and fort story that didn’t sound real.At the end she sent us away but we will take our money somewhere else. After 20+ years with Wells Fargo this is a pathetic ending based on a power struggle with an staff of people who lied about Wells Fargo’s policies to get their way.

Nicole and Angelina both bold faced lied about Wells Fargo policies to shew us out when we arrived in plenty of time to receive a notary. Their immature attitudes are the kind that drive customers away. I’ve probably banked with Wells Fargo since before they were born. Im sorry for Wells Fargo that they need to keep employees like these.

Denied my dispute because “chip cards are impossible to be counterfeited” which could have changed since they implemented the policy. There are smart people out there working day and night to defraud people, chip cards have been out for years, it’s not impossible. In addition to all of the other little annoyances, I’m very dissatisfied with Wells Fargo and will be taking business elsewhere (I understand it’s not this specific location to blame but need to post this somewhere)

Only has one drive thru ATM, and no walk-up or lobby one. Kind of annoying when one is broken or someone’s taking forever.

I have had countless frustrations with Wells Fargo over the years so this review does not reflect my experience with Wells Fargo as a whole, but rather it is specific to the Boulder branch on Arapahoe. After many frustrating attempts with customer service both on the phone and in person to manage my IRA account, I finally got what I needed when I met with branch manager, Joseph Camarenas. He spoke with me on the phone before my appointment to proactively prepare what I needed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, swift, and extremely personable! Thank you for being awesome, Joe!

This was the best banking experience I have ever had. I recently moved and was stressed about opening a new bank account and setting everything up right. Joseph was extremely helpful walking me through step by step and teaching me how to use the app and digital wallet. I will drive out of my way to always go to this location as I had the most amazing experience and highly recommend anyone else doing the same.

This is the second time this has happened. I was in the drive thru for 30 waiting to even get to the teller. There were only two cars ahead of me. They had 1 commercial lane and 2 retail. I didn't have a commercial deposit (did have one for work, but not actually commercial-point is I couldn't not make the deposit today) so I go into a retail lane. After 5 minutes the first car in front of me finally leaves. 5-10 min later a teller comes out and directs the people BEHIND ME AND THOSE IN THE OTHER LANE to use the commercial lane. By then, they knew the guy in front of me had a little ng request so why they didn't have the guy behind me move back so I could move over is what really irks me. Every time I it was clear behind me to back up and change lanes someone else would swoop in. And when I finally changed lanes- that new guy had some long request too! So then I had to change lanes back to old one because he was finally done. I understand that they can't do anything about people's request, but when they deliberately move those who arrived after you ahead of you, that pisses me off. Not OK Wells Fargo.
