Very personal touch. I trust them with their advice.

Lee Trexler was "handling" a few of our 529s. They were mishandled. He was a terrible communicator and very rude to deal with. Even after we closed out our accounts his office continued to take money from our bank accounts when we had contacted his office 3 times to terminate the withdrawls. Jim Johnson "manager" was involved in trying to resolve the issues and it was clear that he was defending his "advisor" and not interested in what we had experienced as investors. He also, was not good at follow up when messages were left. Glad we stopped at the 529s and took our other investments elsewhere. I see why they have the reviews they do. Take your business elsewhere.

Spoke to Dan Weinberger to move assets; I was give on multiple days and multiple times the wrong execution deadlines. Even on subsequent requests, still the information was incorrect causing mistakes. Wells advisors caused me to lose 40-50k due to these inaccuracies on multiple days. Jim his manager even stuck to his charges and commissions.
