I visited the store to purchase a Rolex to commemorate a big life event - becoming a homeowner. The rep was kind and showed me some models, but they ultimately told me I can’t buy any as they have a “waiting list” that is “months-long if not YEARS.” I know that was a lie, as Rolex sends dealers shipments biweekly. The hoity toity treatment was discouraging, so I just bought an automatic Hamilton from another dealer, and spent the rest of my $19,000 budget on a Mustang Fastback. If they don’t want my money, fine. ??

Michelle was awesome to work with. During our initial meeting she spent a lot of time showing and explaining different pieces to me and made me feel like I was her top customer even having just met. Great experience working with Hilary for an engagement ring, and later wedding bands. She educated me and helped me to confidently pick out and order the perfect one with excellent communication during the entire process. The staff is always friendly and insists on polishing it up any time we've stopped by. I shopped around at a few bigger stores with nowhere near the same level of service or sincerity. It was a no brainer to go back when it was time for our wedding bands and would recommended to anyone in need of a jeweler.
