Everyone here is always really nice except this one gal who works in the pharmacy makes me wanna cry every time I end up talking to her :( idk if it's just me but being deliberately mean to people while working in the pharmacy is really not cool

They continue to decline with a limited inventory, poor store condition and a pharmacy on its last leg! Recently went to pick up a prescription and found a sign saying they were closed due to not being able to staff....one of the largest pharmacies can't find staff?!?!

Came to pick up today, and only one of two prescriptions were filled. Placed Order a week ago. The college age clerk was not the most helpful today. In addition, the female pharmacist made comments about certain type of patients which I'm not sure were appropriate.

I know Walgreens do t get the best reviews but this Walgreens on Baseline Road in Boulder Colorado is really good! Especially their pharmacy, and I'm picky!! The staff are friendly informative and professional! The male pharmacist who's name is escaping me at the moment is personable, very kind and always able to answer my questions. I moved to the nevt twown and this Walgreens is way out of my way but I'm staying with them for my pharmacy needs!!

I know convenience stores notoriously have the most seemly brain-dead employees out of any other business out there, but this place seems to especially have the most "dead inside" looking employees I've ever seen. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it straight up looks like someone went to their local cemetery, dug up the bodies of some freshly dead teenagers, put them in a Walgreens uniform, and stuck them behind the cash register. Normally I wouldn't care if even a trained dog was ringing me up behind the cash register, as long as they're able to scan my stuff in a timely manner, but there have been numerous times I've had to ask for someone to ring me up when they're just 5 feet away from the register, checking their phone and totally ignore the fact that I've been awkwardly standing here for the last 60 seconds, or when I've had to shout into the back office area because a line of people has accumulated over the last 5 minutes and no one is here to check us out. Now just to be clear I don't think the employee's attitude is an employee problem, because- when you go into a business and every single employee you encounter seems miserable, very rarely is it just an "attitude" problem. The vast majority of the time it's because there's some aspect of the job that's sucking the life out of those people- wether it be being overworked, underpaid, not getting paid overtime but still being forced to work it, etc. So let me reiterate that getting rid of employees will not solve this problem, because I guarantee that until the underlying problem is fixed, every single person you guys end up hiring will just turn into one of these depressed zombies after a week or two has passed. Communicate with your employees, ask them what could help make them happier here, and create an environment where people don't look like they want to crawl back into the grave every time they show up for work!

I got my covid vaccine here today and it could not have gone more smoothly. Kristen helped me very promptly and I was all done within minutes of entering the store. She was cheerly and kind, the store is immaculate and spacious, and the process was seamless. Very grateful to be in such good hands.
