Tried to schedule a ride 7 days in advance with no one answering the phone. Tried again 5 days before a very important doctor visit and said they had no drivers. Total failure!

Such a wonderful service and blessing. As a disabled person using a power chair, I would be stuck at home all the time without this great free service.
