Shout-out to Manny who got me a new phone line and out of the store within 10 minutes. Definitely recommend him and his knowledge! Also go on a Monday evening, when no one else goes!

I have been a Verizon customer for years. Have had no issues. We went in December to see about getting upgraded phones. We were told numerous times that our bill would not increase (maybe just taxes) which was fine. Our bill DOUBLED! They admitted the wrongdoing and said they would fix it.
Ever since then, trying to get ahold of Jordan, apparently only one who can assist with business plans, was impossible. No answered phone calls, emails and wouldn’t come to the front to discuss the issues with us in person when he was in the back being “too busy” to come speak with us. He dawdled and wasted time not responding to us and now we can’t return out phones because there has been too much time since our upgrade. The staff is completely incompetent and have no clue what they’re doing. If I could give zero stars, I would. We just switched to T Mobile and could not have been happier with them. Great customer service and up front on all total costs.

Bought the case for the phone, never used and even opened the box, changed mind and decided to return. Receipt in hands. The store was unable to make a refund because I don't have an account with Verizon.... don't sell the accessories then! Be aware of this place.

Best cell phone provider visit ever (from someone who hates and dreads going to Verizon). The upgrade deals were excellent, but we also had really top-flight service with a sense of humor, upbeat EDM and actual fun. When they launch Verizon after Hours..we are in. :)

Aubrey was sincere and knowledgeable and answered literally every questions I had with expert level knowledge.
I planned to spend an hour and a half given how many questions I came in with and was pleased and surprised that I had everything answered within just 10 minutes!!!! The employees here (especially Aubrey) deserve a raise! I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

I was told a total lie by a salesperson about a purchase for a screen protector and didn't find out until I needed it replaced. Do not shop here!

Decent Verizon store, nice employees, really long wait. Seemingly simple tasks often take much longer than you would expect, and often, as a business customer, there is only one person at the store who can do what I need done. Sometimes even that one person isn't there, like recently they went on vacation, and NO ONE else could do this. That was about 10 days ago and I'm still waiting. That seems odd for a company as big as Verizon.

Incredibly unfriendly and rude staff. Became a pretty miserable experience to try to figure out how to pay a sneaky bill Verizon sent me for a free trial. I'll never come back to this store or use Verizon's services moving forward.

Daniele is the most incompetent, useless manager I have ever encountered in a retail store of any nature. She stands around or hides in the back room - childish, passive aggressive behavior refusing to help a decades long customer. I waited for 40 minutes (30 minutes past the appointment time) for what required 2 minutes from a staff member. There were no other customers waiting in the store - just me and my appointment- being ignored.

The business specialist Jordan that helped me this evening is the MVP of all time. We had quite a few technical difficulties with what we were doing regarding switching over a couple of phone numbers, also in Google voice. But Jordan was persistent in solving all of the issues and getting things set up in the best way for our business. I really appreciate it!

My wife and I came with my in-laws to get them on our family plan. Devon was perhaps the most helpful and easiest Verizon associate we have ever interacted with. Easy to take to and explained everything in simple terms and saved is money in multiple ways! Thank you!
