We had an excellent experience with Alazar, our sales rep. We had placed an order to upgrade a phone on the Verizon app and the original pickup location couldn't find the phone I had ordered. This store fixed the problem and took care of all the details. A very good experience overall.

Verizon is the worst company -- excessive charges for complete lack of service. The employees make a big effort, but they are limited by the corporate structure which emphasizes revenue streams and profits. Use another carrier or you'll regret it!

The manager Amanda was super helpful in fixing the technical issue with my phone. The problem came from what I can only think is a joint problem with Verizon and apple and how the two work together during an update. Amanda did everything she could to try to fix my phone pretty diligently for a few hours until she realized there was nothing further she could do. She sent me to apple with a plan and when they said there was nothing they could do I called her and she spoke to the apple manager for me and advocated for me. My phone would probably have not been fixed by them without her diligent help.

I feel kinda bad for the next Verizon associate that is unlucky enough to assist me when the time has come for me to purchase a new phone. Marquis set the bar so high that Shaquille O’Neal couldn’t reach it on a step ladder. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything Verizon could do to help me and he put his knowledge to work, saving me money while upgrading me to the newest iPhone. Wish I could give him 6 stars.

Marquis is the man! If you're in the market for a new phone, go here immediately and request him. I was finally ready to ditch my cracked SE and was going to order online, but I decided to go into the store to make sure I was getting the best deal. I'm so glad I did.
It helped that I knew exactly what I wanted phone wise, so Marquis didn't have to guide me through that. He is a great listener and asked all the right questions about the streaming services I use. Now, all services go through Verizon, I pay in one place and save money, and I have more options for streaming content including music.
Yes, I had to wait 40 minutes. The managers were attentive and apologized for the wait. But I anticipated the wait and planned for it. And it also shows how much attention and care you get when you do sit with a representative. A phone purchase is a big deal, right? It's everything to us so why would anyone expect that appointment to go at rapid pace. Anyone who is annoyed by the wait should either book an appointment ahead of time (I think that's an option; I was a walk in, so I'm not sure) or take a chill pill.
Thank you Verizon Boulder for hiring folks like Marquis to help folks like me navigate all the choices that come with a new phone. Thank you, Marquis. You rule!

I went into Verizon with only questions and no answers. I was promptly & pleasantly greeted, checked-in, and directed to the phones I was potentially interested in. Soon after, Marquis came through to assist and present all my options. He helped me through a super quick process on an iPad to get a new phone shipped to me next day and replace my old broken one for super cheap. Incredibly friendly staff and excellent service.

Not going to lie, I am a T-Mobile customer and I came here with my girlfriend and I'm seriously considering switching over to Verizon because of Brett. He's an honest, hilarious, and extremely knowledgeable salesperson and there aren't enough people like him in customer service. Bravo sir

Cole, Marquis, Amanda and the general manager are so great! I had a very odd issue with my replacement phone. The team spent upwards of 20 hours with me trying to troubleshoot it and advocating for me! Amazing customer service, great and genuine people. The situation sucked, but these folks were a bright spot. Absolute legends there. Thank y’all for your support!

Alazar and Amanda at the Boulder store saved my day, helping me address a business account issue after the Verizon corporate 800 line struggled. They are patient, proactive, thoughtful, and kind as well as being extremely knowledgeable about their products and plans. I highly recommend Verizon/Boulder on Arapahoe Ave.

Multiple agents gave me different quotes for the same plan, and when I agreed on one they charged $30 more than promised. Every person I talked to after refused to help or made other false promises. The whole company is a pack of liars who will deceive you, if you have another option definitely go with that

We had a wonderful experience at the Boulder store. Our daughter has a developmental disability and was locked out of her phone and I describe myself as an "analog native in a digital world". Alazar was so clear and patient in explaining our options for combining plans and services which would lower our costs. Plus this staff has the best hairstyles ever. Cheers!
