Never ship anything with USPS - they're a horrible private-public catastrophe. Use a shipper that actually cares to update their tracking and deliver/communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner instead.

Very inconvenient unfortunately both times that I went there they didn't have the paper to forward my mail. Doing it online is very inconvenient for me as well. It would not accept my payment

Went to renew my passport today, Stacey the worker in the passport area was absolutely wonderful! She was very respectful of information, and answered all the questions I had about the process very business casually— which I love. Made what was originally a stressful part of my day into the easiest by far!

Always a pleasure to go to this post office,even if there is a line sometimes.You couldn't ask for nicer and more helpful people.If only everyone could behave the way they do,we would have a better world.They are professional and knowledgeable,we are lucky to have such a great downtown post office.

Rudest employees ever. Belittle you for asking about "return to sender" mail. Extremely short-staffed with the slowest service humanly possible. Not a single employee smiled or seemed happy to be helping customers. Avoid this post office if you can.

I love the Boulder main post office. Service is excellent. I had an issue with the automatic postage machine recently -- it took my card but didn't print my postage. I should point out that I use the machine frequently, and this is the first time I'd ever had a problem. Staff took care of it quickly, no questions asked, and apologized for the problem.

USPS needs more money and resources. Every service is severely lacking and behind schedule. No way to find out if the passport office is open. There are 4 of us currently in line and not a person in sight. Is this station abandoned??

The service at this location is absolutely absurd. I cannot stress enough do not go to this location for passport services. All I needed was for the passport acceptance agent to sign my paper when I came in today and she refused. She stated that I was not allowed to APPLY FOR A PASSPORT UNLESS I WAS TWO WEEKS OUT FROM TRAVELING INTERNATIONALLY!!!!!!! ALSO THAT I NEEDED A PRINTED OUT COMFORMATION OF MY FLIGHT!!!! HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE!?!?!?!?! In addition to this she stated that I needed an letter of verification printed out and signed by me allowing her to sign my document...Like what? After refusing to sign my paper because I needed express shipping (I didn't need express at all) she referred me to the passport office in Aurora. I don't understand why she wouldn't help me because I don't leave for two months. Please hire someone new.

Can you all leave a key in my PO Box next time I have a package to pick up? That way I can grab the package on my own and not wait. Just a suggestion. Folks don't be a hurry. They will chat it up with you at the counter. Even if you have one item to pick up you still wait for others who are mailing loads of packages. Kinda wish they just left a key in my P.O. Box so I would have to wait in line that would be helpful.

I had one very bad experience getting my passport here - they double booked my appt. online, didn't send a cancellation email/text, and then denied me on site. A very rude woman would not even listen to me. I had come down once before, took off work twice now, and even had my picture from last time AND had my passport application filled out. Would have take 5 minutes. However, the first time I went I did get a very nice gentleman.
