I had a disappointing experience at the Urban Outfitters in Boulder. The employee working, a taller man with gray hair, displayed a lack of personability and rudeness. Despite attempting to engage by asking about his day, I was completely ignored. It's evident that customer service is not a priority at this location.

Love urban outfitters and especially the Pearl street location. It's always nice to go into the store and see what you find. Sale section is awesome especially around the holidays and associates are always nice. The fitting rooms aren't the cleanest though and I kind of hate going in there. I still prefer online because of the bigger selection but this store is pretty big so they do sell a lot of the products.

This company is a very unethical company!!Peta raised awareness about how they remove the sheep skin ripping it off their bodies to make clothing for humans they should not even be open causing and inflicting pain on sheep and other animals for their fur and woolShame on you and them if you support this unethical behaviors!!!

Great selection and awesome deals but wish they stayed open until 8 or 9 like the cherry creek location. 7 is pretty early, many times I’ve gotten to Boulder at 6:30 and want to shop but they’re already closing so that’s my only reason for 4 star.

Just called the the Boulder store and the girl that answered didn’t even know the store address or how to find location. Just said on west side. I’m coming from Fort Collins so not a clue what that means. Not very helpful and kinda clueless

I am a long time customer but no more ever again. I went to the Boulder store to look around and had a covered drink in a coffee cup, it was hot cider from fresh apples. I was rudely approached by a black male who told me I could not drink anything in the store and also to pull up my mask. He was insulting and lacked any tact. What would be the reason for taking a sip of a hot liquid? how pathetic. I will never shop here again because of the rude manner of the male attendant. There was no need for him to snub my nose up at me and act like this is such a travesty. I go into Athleta, Peppercorn, Free People and they are nice to me and don't have such unlawful rules. I would not recommend this store on Pearl street.
