I've always had great service with UPS but I'm very frustrated -- a package was supposed to be delivered yesterday (said it was on truck) I waved at the UPS driver but it was not delivered and shows no one was available! Same thing today! No signature required. No note on my door. Online chat was support was of little help. It's Friday now and the earliest I will get is Monday -- but they say they will send it back after 3rd attempt. But THERE WAS NO ATTEMPT!!! Address was verified. They said to receive a call back but I'm not holding my breath. UPS has gone downhill.
addendum: thank you for your response customer service but you fail to see the real problem here -- LACK OF COMMUNICATION! I contacted help in various ways and NO ONE contacted the local office which could have cleared up the issue IMMEDIATELY. But no, there is NO COMMUNICATION, no follow-through. This is the real failure. This is UPS going downhill.

I received a mis-shipment from Amazon that UPS delivered. They issued the call tag for pickup but UPS keeps sending the drivers up with only one tag while the shipment came in two boxes. The driver tells me to call this center to explain because he can't pick up without two call tags. I get only a phone tree with an automated lady who absolutely refuses to connect me to a human even though none of the phone tree options can help me. The phone tree literally says it cannot connect me to a customer service rep and hangs up on me, rudely!!! There is no email and no other way to contact this center and no human will help me. It is laughable that their website says to call this number and a "knowledgable representative can help". Wow! Abhorrent customer "service"! Absolutely abhorrent!

I cannot say enough good things about the experience at this place! When the UPS store on 30th closed, I was devastated. I think it was a twist of luck, because now I find myself coming here! Best vibes, best customer service, and easiest in and out!

I am so very happy I went to this location. Elias helped me send my wedding flowers out of state. I'm happy to report they made it with little damage. He was very helpful from finding a box to showing me where to make the label. All of my gratitude goes to that wonderful man!

No-frills. All-service. Very friendly and professional. Way better than the all-frills, no-service UPS stores!
An active distribution center, so stay out of the way of the professional drivers and let them do their jobs.

For years UPS locations in Boulder have had the worst service. The best service in Boulder is at the hub on Frontier. Elias at the counter is always very helpful. They've cut back the service time to 6:00 p.m. again making it difficult. Please keep the service open to 6:30 or 7:00 p.m.

Very bad service and they don’t follow up for deliveries and no one is responsive and their drivers doesn’t deliver the package and they just mark it as business closed however it wasn’t many times but they don’t want to do a single call for the customer

The facility and process is ok but $38 to ship a 12 pound box from Denver to New York With No dimensional fees? OUCH!!

Customer service over the phone is non-existent, only a robot that can’t help with even slightly complex issues (ive tried). For years I have had packages returned to sender due to “insufficient address”, when it is not insufficient, the driver just gets confused. Each time I have to drive to this warehouse and explain.This time round I’ve been waiting on medication my cat sorely needs, and it is very frustrating.

UPS likes to not even try to deliver my packages and then tell me I need to drive here to pick them up after being lost in limbo for days. No way to contact UPS and find out why (the listed phone number leads to a robot-only non-support line) or get them to actually make a delivery attempt, just have to drive across town to this industrial park a few days after your delivery was supposed to arrive.
