In this market, in any market, Tom and Kathryn are the team I'd choose whether it's buying or selling or both. In 1978, after having lived in Denver and then Boulder for 8 years, I bought my first Boulder property. Saying this is the one, Tom took me to the place I would buy and was very happy in for 22 years, first, In 2000, when it was time to move, Tom also sold that first property. and, again, took me first right to the place I would buy and still love living in. If the time should come to move again, without question, Tom and Kathryn would be the team I'd use. They are truly full service. For instance, if you need referrals for just about anything (!), they would be the most knowledgeable source and they would be happy to provide it. Tom and his wife Katherine, helped us through the entire process of selling our home while having another home built. They were awesome with helping us time the entire thing so that our house was sold as the new house was ready to move into. All the snags that came along Tom and Katherine took in stride and ALWAYS had a solution. We truly could not have done what we did in the way that we did it without help from both Tom and Katherine. I cannot recommend them enough!

Tom and Katherine were both very professional and helpful when we were buying and selling at the same time. They helped us with the timing of selling our home to when our new home would be ready. when snags came along they were on top of it and helped hurdle these. Tom and Kathryn were helpful, encouraging and patient while looking to buy a home in Boulder. We looked at 30 homes in a month ended up circling back to the 3rd home we saw, we kept them busy!
