A recent family health emergency required me to call State Farm for assistance with insurance concerns . My family member has his coverage at the Toby Moser office.
Mr. Jamey Mendenhall at that office was able to address and resolve those concerns and alleviate any potential problems going forward.
He and his associates at the office are diligent, courteous and most respectful.

I have used Toby Moser for all of my insurance needs for 20+ years. I have used them for my primary residence, numerous investment properties, automobiles and umbrellas. The service Toby and his team provide is unrivaled in the industry. I trust them to always have my best interest in mind. They are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Had auto, home, and business plus set-up a HSA account through Toby with State Farm. Used him for over 10 years, until I had a problem. Needed to file a claim and then was ghosted. Worse, found out that Toby's insistence I set-up direct deposit for payments from my bank account, was very difficult to cancel when I wanted to pay by check after my premiums went way up without any explanation. Overall, would not use Toby or State Farm.

I've had a really bad experience with this office, which is really disappointing. Customer service seemed great at first, but was inconsistent. When important paperwork was never filed, they offered no explanation or apology. I caught the mistake months after it should have been filed, and the mistake couldn't gotten me in serious legal trouble. Would not recommend this office.

We had a flooded basment and processed it thru Toby & State farm. They worked with us thru the processign & obtaining quotes and a scope of the efforts. It felt good to have an Insurance team support us.

I've had good service generally, but I cannot get State Farm to stop pestering me about buying car insurance from them. Seriously considering changing my current home owner's insurance due to the obnoxiousness of these constant calls.

Toby Moser and his team of professionals are awesome. They really know their business. They are knowledgable, accessible and honest to a fault. My wife and I have used lots of general insurance agents but none better than the Moser team. You can count on them to provide prompt and efficient service and most importantly, will represent you if an event occurs wherein you have to file a claim. Toby is Boulder born and raised. Everyone we know in Boulder praises Toby and rightfully so.
