My husband and I recently worked with Dustin & Cameo on purchasing our first house and we had a wonderful experience. They are both super knowledgeable and made the house buying process seamless in a crazy market. Dustin was able to create an offer that was appealing to the seller without exceeding our budget and Cameo is a professional behind the scenes with all of the paperwork that comes with buying a house. Dustin and Cameo let us be in charge of the process of buying our new property, but had just the right advice and effort ready whenever we needed it. Our transaction had a few special wrinkles that needed some special problem-solving and creative negotiation, and the Sagrillo Group came through, better than we could have expected. As buyers from out of state, we enjoyed all-around superb service represented by the Sagrillo Group-- Dustin Sagrillo and Cameo Martine-Stern. They were completely efficient and respectful of our limited time, zeroing in on exactly the type of property we were seeking. We never had to waste time “shopping” among listings because they invested time with us early (on a zoom call) simply finding out about us and our wish list. It paid off because within 10 days they expertly achieved two accepted offers for us, and then untangled us from the first offer to close on the property we really wanted. During it all, Cameo and Dustin made us feel we were their “only” clients; they were readily available to us, on our schedule and at our convenience. They did not disappear after closing either, and are sharing their bountiful network of local service providers to assist us with taking ownership and the move. I say that Dustin and Cameo have been the best pilot and co-pilot for getting a family through this complicated journey, and landing you happily where you want to be.

To say in a word what Dustin and team provide us: Brilliance. They showed up in every way someone looking for a house would and more. Always present and calm when emotions run high and your biggest fan when you’re in the highs of the process. Dustin’s way with people goes a long way too.
