Katie is the best! She handled all of the details of our sale, including staging! She advised us on how to price our home, and we received an offer in the first weekend, which I know is rare in this new market.The day before closing (Sunday), I was patching and painting nail holes in the bedroom. For some reason, the paint I had did not match the wall. I didn't have time to paint the whole wall, so I asked Katie what to do. She was able to find a painter for us last second to paint the whole wall! This was a BIG help for me.Overall, I cannot recommend Katie enough. She is smart and resourceful and will get the job done!

I worked with Katie Muller to purchase my home in Denver. She was extremely helpful throughout the process from making an offer (that was accepted within 24 hours) to closing day. She also had several great references for inspections, mortgage brokers, etc. The process could not have gone better especially considering the tough market. I highly recommend working with Katie for a smooth home buying experience.
