Rachel was great! Her relentless attention to detail took a lot of stress and pressure off of us buying a new home. She asked all the right questions of the lenders and builders, ones that we hadn't even thought about. Anything that came up (whether good or bad), she was right there by our side. We have nothing but great things to say! We worked with Megan and couldn’t have been happier. We were working on a very short timeline, and Megan assured us we would be able to make it happen. She wasn’t wrong! We were able to go from seeing houses to closing in a matter of 3 weeks. It was a quick process, but also seamless! We feel that Megan truly goes above and beyond what most realtors do. As first time homebuyers, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Megan really knows her stuff! Can’t wait to buy our next home so we can work with her again!

Megan Evoe did an outstanding job helping us purchase our home. We were unfamiliar with the Boulder area but Megan and Grace made the process a breeze. They were also great at being proactive during the process (especially after making an offer), rather than being reactive. Every time a minor obstacle did happen to present itself, Megan’s positivity and confidence in her abilities really put us at ease. When it came time to get the deal done, she did everything she could to help us get the home we wanted. Her communication is top notch, we always knew what was going on and what to expect. I would recommend her to anyone and plan on doing so for our friends in the future.

We had the most amazing team with Grace and Meghan! They worked extremely hard to find our son a home in Colorado while we the parents live in New York State. Meghan and Grace kept in constant contact with us and guided our son to his first home purchase. They made it seem easy and simple.Both Grace and Meghan were extremely kind,caring and patient with our son. I can't think of a better team to have!!!!Thanks Grace and Meghan!

My mother and I had a wonderful experience with Megan Evoe at the Bernardi Group! We had a complicated move from out of state, and Megan was so compassionate, thoughtful, and responsive. Megan is so knowledgeable and professional, we trusted her enough to make an offer on our home having never seen it in person. Megan has gone above and beyond, and even after we went under contract went out of her way to give recommendations for insurance agents and to help us find a contractor to build a wheelchair ramp for my mom. 10/10 would recommend Megan, her assistant Grace, and the Bernardi Group!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Alyssa Dean and the entire Bernardi Group team. I was a first-time homebuyer and new to Boulder. After taking time to thoroughly understand my specific (and somewhat unusual!) priorities and preferences, Alyssa guided me to the best neighborhoods and listings for my family. She made the process easy and fun. She was incredibly knowledgeable about homes (including what to look for during viewings), the buying process and the real estate market overall. She was on top of listings that came to market with my requirements, getting me in to see them immediately. She and the Bernardi team also sourced an amazing house for us that wasn't on the market yet (I eventually decided not to go with that house because of inspection issues, thanks to Alyssa's good advice). Alyssa was also very skilled at the offer and negotiating process, allowing me to be the chosen buyer in a highly competitive offer situation on the house we bought. The backing that the Bernardi Group provided with my offer certainly helped! She guided me well through an accelerated close process. Overall, Alyssa led my house search process with skill, grace, responsiveness and high integrity. I'm so very pleased and grateful that Alyssa was my realtor. Highly recommended!!
