Our family highly recommends Misty to anyone looking to buy a house. Misty put in a tremendous amount of time, effort and support to help us find a house for our aged father. She showed my father and I many houses all over the northern metro Denver area for over a year. During that time she had to adjust to changes in timelines, price points, criteria for a house and juggle views from our dad and other family members trying to help out with the process.Misty’s deep knowledge about the market allowed her to steer us to the neighborhoods that best met our criteria and her objective input on the houses we viewed helped us refine what we needed in a house. Once we settled on a house, she was extremely diligent and helpful in identifying all the various things that we had to do to get to closing and for the house to be ready to move in after closing. I don't see how we could have done this without her help and advice all along the way.

Drew Smith was absolutely amazing! Even with other clients, meetings, and his own family to take care of, his level of loyalty and dedication was unmatched! He was brutally honest about our chances with particular homes, but in no way made us feel as lesser people because of it. He was being a friend, not just a salesman. He broke everything down to very understandable terms and was able to do so easily because of his knowledge on the subject. My wife and I feel like we have made a friend in Drew! We never felt manipulated or pushed. He paid attention to our body language and actually listened to our feedback and found us a home rather quickly in this market. He understood our wants and desires for a home and made sure to stay true to that when giving us options. Working with Drew, we were able to find a home that checks all of our boxes, but is still within our means! Thanks Drew, for being a good person and rocking what you do!

If you’re in Colorado and looking for a realtor, choose Chelsea and the 8z team. Period. This was my first real estate transaction and Chelsea took the time to meet with me in person, walk through the process and answer every question I had (and there were plenty). She is prompt, organized, knowledgeable, and has a winner's attitude - which was invaluable in getting under contract in this 2021 Colorado real estate market. She is a true professional and I'd recommend her and the 8z team to anyone.

We worked with Connie Cimato to find our first home in this crazy Denver market. She always made time for us, was knowledgeable, and quick to respond to all of our questions. Previously, we bought 2 income properties using Dan's services. The third time is the charm. This time we bought a house for us. Dan is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. As we are out of state and are hesitant to travel due the pandemic, we were able to trust Dan to take care of all the details including the walk throughs with full confidence everything will be as it should.

Connie at 8z was wonderful to work with during our first home buying experience. We weren't sure what we were looking for initially so we asked to look at a wide variety of houses in a bunch of different locations. We saw cabins in the foothills, condos in Golden, and basic suburban houses. She was patient throughout the entire experience of us trying to figure out what we wanted. We often asked Connie at the last minute if we could see something and she always made that happen.
Once we decided on a neighborhood and a style of house we went out looking and the second house she showed us in the neighborhood was the house we wanted. She really listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect house that was under our budget. She made negotiations, inspections and the closing process easy. We couldn't have had a better experience buying our first house and that was thanks to Connie.

We worked with Chad Murphy from 8z Real Estate Arvada when purchasing our first home and had a phenomenal experience. Chad was very patient with our newbie questions and made us feel well taken care of throughout the process. He listened to what we liked and disliked and was able to tailor our home search to meet our exact needs while considering our budget. Anytime we had a question Chad was available to talk no matter the time and he helped us get the best deal. Even after the purchase Chad has been available and helpful in finding contractors for our home. We highly recommend working with Chad and we will definitely be working with him again in the future.

My husband and I started with Nick two years ago, at this time we where not ready to purchase there was some fine tuning that we had to do, but kept checking in on us and was always there for us giving us positive feedback. This last year in 2020 we had finally got through all the hard stuff and he was there to listen to all of our wants and needs.
