Terry is so much more than a realtor! She knew exactly what we needed to do from staging our home to packing the last box and having the sold house cleaned. Terry’s expertise was apparent throughout the entire process. She was always ready with reliable information and contacts as we needed them. Selling your home and moving can be stressful and Terry was always calm and knowledgeable when a new situation would arise. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home as we have now done both with Terry.

I recently worked with Terry to buy my first property and she made the process so easy. She had great insight about potential properties as well as their surrounding areas and how they compare to other options. When the time came to make an offer she worked very quickly to be the first offer in. After the offer was accepted she guided me through the process of buying and made everything very easy to understand. She was always available for any questions or requests I had and I never had to worry about whether there was going to be any bumps in the road I wasn't prepared for. I would absolutely work with Terry again if I every buy or sell another property in the area, and would recommend her to any friends or family looking for the same.

The one word I immediately associate with Terry is integrity. She made sure my husband and I did not make any mistakes and made sure our interests were protected. My husband and I recently worked with Terry for the second time to sell our current home and purchase our forever home. She really took the time to teach us about the real estate market and how to evaluate different opportunities. She understood our budget and what we were looking for and did a fantastic job finding homes that would be a good match for us. And then on the selling side, she really knows how to position a home to attract buyers and worked with us to get the home on a market in a way that worked for our family. My kids are disappointed when we pull up to our new house and Terry's car isn't in the driveway!
