They keep canceling our cooking class:
We received a gift card for Christmas to have a date night here last year. At the time my wife was pregnant, so it was hard to find the energy to set up time for the cooking class. When we were able to get set up for the cooking class, they canceled it because not enough people were going to show up for the class.
We then rescheduled another day and they canceled on us again. At this point we have a baby and we are now paying for a babysitter for a class that was canceled.

Ashley was a great guide for our team-building event! She was knowledgeable, fun, and made sure everyone got involved. Our food (homemade pasta) turned out incredibly well, and it was a truly fantastic experience for our team. We're a very diverse, global team that isn't able to get together in person very often, so these experiences are very important to us, and this one delivered. Thank you Ashley.

I had attended a cooking class at Sur La Table in Centennial and had an amazing experience, so I booked a second time at the Boulder location. It was very disappointing…
After 2 hours cooking then didn’t even have chairs for us to sit to eat like the centennial location did, AND the food was very cold and undercooked. The soufflé looks great but none of us could eat it, it was SL undercooked!
I will not be back at this a location, unfortunately.

I have taken several of the cooking classes here, and they are just great. I love the comradery, and the recipes are always a hit. A great way to spend the afternoon.

I had a weird experience here. My only guess is they thought I was a shop lifter. I went to buy a new whetstone. No one seemed to pay attention when I walked in, no big deal. I was able to find the knives on the back wall and nearby knife sharpeners and whetstones. This spot was behind a small shelf. I found what I wanted and was approached by an associate named Candy. She cornered me asking if I needed anything, normal customer service. When I said I was all good and found what I needed she stood there and looked at me. I offered up the whetstone saying this is what I came in for. She then took the whetstone from my hand and asked if wanted to browse. Normally I would have but felt weirded out by this interaction. I made a point to put my EMPTY bag on the counter. Candy took a hard look at said bag. After I paid for the whetstone she offered me complimentary water or coffee. I guess I was found to be an actual paying customer.

We had a day date here making Korean bbq. We had such a good time. And our instructor Kristen was great. I was a bit nervous at first cooking with a small class, but she made it super easy peasy and very fun. The meal came out absolutely delicious and her instructions couldn’t have been any better. I highly recommend this to anyone willing to try something new.

My granddaughter spent a week in the kid's cooking school. Learned alot. Had a blast and made so many friends. I ended up buying all sorts of cute aprons with matching pot holders, and a beautiful knife for my son-in-law. Love this place.

We had so much fun at the Fathers day cooking class. I took my husband because our kids were busy and we had a great time. The instructor was great. Very clean, organized and fun recipes!! Thanks for a great Fathers day surprise.

We had the best time in our Rustic Italian dinner cooking class in Boulder. Our chef Nora was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would most certainly want another class with her. The food she helped us create was absolutely delicious!!

This was my mother’s favorite store and until they were so rude to her she left crying. She bought a lot of lacrosse sets here but now we are going to shop elsewhere.

I had an amazing customer service experience at Sur La Table in Boulder (#106). Jermaine and Candy went the extra Mile to make sure that I was happy with the espresso machine that I purchased. If you’re in the market for any culinary needs, go here on the 29th street mall, they rock!!!
