Used to be a great bank but their customer service has gone down over the years and they seem to have a hard time retaining employees.

I meant to put this out last week. But never got to it. One if the managers Francesca is such a great dependable person. She follows up and dependable! She made sure that my reason for coming into the bank was complete. She is the reason why we bank with Sunflower Bank!
