Sue did an excellent job with the sale of our house in Boulder, Colorado.She initially helped us buy our house from remote 8 years ago and we really enjoyed working with her then.So it was an easy decision to engage her as our selling agent for the sale of our house in early 2022.Sue got us in touch with all the right people. The photographer took amazing pictures and drone footage, we got excellent feedback on how to best stage the house and which improvements would yield the right return on investment.We appreciated Sue’s expertise and knowledge of the local market, which helped us decide on the right listing date and especially the right listing price.We were lucky to sell our house for well over asking and while selling a house is always stressful, Sue made the process feel easy and stepped in immediately when needed.She has strong opinions rooted in years of knowledge, however decisions always felt like a mutual discussion, never forced and always rooted in trust.Sue is a wonderful, caring and kind individual and we’d highly recommend working with her.

Sue has been the best, most on-top-of-it realtor I have ever had represent me. (To date, I have bought and sold 5 properties in 2 states.)I wound up with a very nice place, despite the fact that I dramatically changed my moving timeline. In about a week, I went from "I'd like to get to know the neighborhoods in Longmont" to "I need to buy a property asap". The reason for this big change was a medical crisis.Sue did find me a wonderful property, but after the offer letter was accepted, I wound up in the acute care section of the hospital for a couple days, and in that state, I was not, at that point, an attentive buyer. But Sue and her team not ensured that I didn't miss any critical date.More than that, Sue's knowledge of local flooring experts and roofers enabled me to have a place I could safely move into, and a new roof that simply wouldn't have put in place if the reading of the inspector's report and understanding of local ordinances had been in my (somewhat shaky) hands.I can't praise Sue and her team (yeah Cameo!) highly enough for their ability to turn on a time, to keep multiple balls in the air without dropping a one, and while all that's going on, to make it look routine and easy. Count me very happy and grateful.

Sue was knowledgeable and gave us the best advice when we were bidding on a home. And during during closing she was totally amazing. She and Cameo worked tirelessly to help us close within 3 weeks. She was on top of every issue that cropped up and had great recommendations for any services we needed. She also even got the seller to help submit paperwork to the HOA to get started on a radon mitigation approval before we closed so we could parallelize the approval process. I cannot recommended her enough. She and Cameo were absolute rockstars.

Sue is fantastic! Aside from being a totally lovely person, she helped us navigate buying our first home when we had no clue what we were getting in to. She not only walked us through the entire process in detail but also steered us clear of some tempting mistakes and helped us learn the difference between a fixable problem and a real dealbreaker. We still call Sue when we need contractor recommendations or real estate advice.Sorry for dragging you through over a dozen houses on our first go round, Sue!

Sue is just the best! She helped us find our first home in Colorado while we were living in London and knew nothing about Boulder. Her knowledge of the area and of the market was superb. We came for a short house-hunting visit and she showed us 24 homes in 2-1/2 days (!), resulting in us finding our dream home. She has helped with finding other services, handymen, etc, and we have maintained a relationship for nearly 8 years now. Sadly we lost that home to a wildfire and recently Sue helped us purchase another home to live in while we rebuild. We were desperate to find a permanent place to settle after all of the chaos. The market was very competitive, there were lots of other buyers and the bidding process was brutal, but Sue mastered it and secured us our new home. We will definitely be using her to sell this home when the time comes, she is truly the best and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Sue and her colleague Scott were amazing to work with. When we found a house we fell in love with in Dec 2021, they worked quickly and managed to close for us at $20K below asking, despite a hot market and multiple offers. They were very communicative and very helpful during the whole closing process, and have a wonderful knowledge of the market in the Boulder area. I would highly recommend Sue and her team!
