I attempted to return/exchange a brand new shirt with receipt last week; shirt was purchased in November but never worn, tags still attached. I was told the store credit would be significantly reduced and was advised to sell on Poshmark. Meanwhile, I just stopped by Patagonia with three damaged articles that are each 10+ years old and they provided 100% store credit relative to similar items offered today. If you’re going to invest in outdoor wear - invest in a company that stands behind their products 100%.

I spent 30 minutes around closing time and was offered help numerous times by the very welcoming staff. They made the effort to seach the "back" for additional sizes and offer opinions on various items. The store had a great vibe and even a guy playing guitar. The quality of the clothing was fantastic.I will be back.

Christina and Peyton were awesome friendly and knowledgeable, attentive and helpful, the ski clothing is fantastic but these two topped off my visit to the studio today! Fantastic customer service with a smile and enthusiasm. Thank you!!

Great clothing, fit is good for me and quality seems to be there. However their shipping and availability times are lacking. So far they have lost an order of mine, I called and they found it, put it on the priority shipping list. Then 4 days later it was shipped via DHL, 10 days later the package is still not delivered. On top of that they failed to send one of the items. When I inquired about this they did send it and it arrived within 2 days.I also did a couple returns due to needing a different size, 17 days later and still no credit back for me. I was also told the new size is no longer in stock and won't be restocked until mid fall. Also on an exchange I had, they shipped DHL and that is going to take 15 days to be delivered according to the tracking info. They should really rethink their shipping contracts, I just don't want to wait that long in this day and age to get something I ordered.Seems like a great product but I don't think they have the infrastructure to service it properly. I know the founder had a similar clothing company several years ago that failed for this same reason. I hope they get it sorted out as this could be a great source for quality clothing.

I got a vest as a gift, size L. I was swimming in it, and needed a smaller size. Went to the store to swap it and was told that’s not an option. I had the receipt, but not the tags. The vest had never been worn and is now useless to me. I have many Stio products and always loved the brand, but no longer, there are plenty other brands that will stand by their products and let you swap out for a size that actually fits.

I received a gift of a Stio jacket that was far too large. I went to the Stio store in Boulder and they refused to exchange it because I didn’t have a receipt. It was a gift! It is in perfect condition with all the tags. extremely poor customer service experience. Now I have a jacket I can not wear. There are plenty of other options that have decent customer support

Cool place with highly knowledgeable, helpful and nice staff. I highly recommend for high quality hiking and casual clothing. Prices were less than I imagined even with the massive surge in inflation since 1/20/21.
