Stephanie is a true professional. She took the time to understand what my wife and I were looking for in a new house and hung in there with us as we visited many great and not-so-great homes. Stephanie provided truly amazing support for our condo search in Boulder. Throughout the process it felt like we were working as a team to find the right place - she intuitively knew what we would find important.Since we were out of state, Stephanie acted as our eyes and ears when checking out several of the condos. The way she described them made us feel as though we had been there ourselves due to the level of detail, and nuances of what the surroundings felt like, that she provided.In addition, she described the overall process very clearly from the get go, thus ensuring that we were ready to make an offer when we needed to act quickly. There aren't enough words to describe how incredibly talented Stephanie Haile Pflaum is as a realtor. She has been my realtor in both purchasing and selling my condo, and showed her strengths in the negotiation of a very complex HOA situation where she not only navigated the system but saved me thousands of dollars. She is very experienced and savvy, where less experienced realtors drop details and put the deal at risk, Stephanie went above and beyond to protect me as the seller and didn't shy away from the difficult tasks at hand. She also helped me in making a sound and wise decision in this sale, which helped improve my quality of life putting my needs above all else. She was available, accessible, patient with me when I didn't understand things and tough when the situation called for her to be. I closed two very successful real estate transactions this year with Stephanie as my agent. First, Stephanie sold a condo I had in Boulder for a really good price and then, a few months later, she negotiated the purchase price when I bought a new home for a very reasonable value. She is an excellent negotiator and absolutely focused on our best interest. She is 100% reliable and things just happened with ease with both transactions. I highly recommend working with Stephanie!

We were planning to sell a condo and then buy a house in Boulder. With Stephanies's help, the whole process was easy and uncomplicated: She helped us staging, negotiating and selling the condo, and, a few months later, she helped us find the house where we are living now. She helped a lot in the price negotiation of both the condo and the house, besides, she was of very valuable help in understanding several important aspects of the inspection report of the house. Stephanie helped us find a home long distance during Covid and a crazy housing market. She is not only professional, but a very caring and down to earth person. Stephanie Pflaum was so helpful and responsive to my real estate needs. I came from out of state and made several trips to narrow my housing search.
