Tony is a fantastic realtor! My husband and I were recommended Tony by our family, and we will 100% recommend Tony to our friends and family! My husband and I were buying our first home and Tony walked us through each step with calmness and confidence. He was readily available for answering our questions, discussions, showings, and negotiations. He encouraged us to take our time during showings and helped us identify pros and cons of properties. We never felt pressured or rushed. He communicated well with sellers agents and promptly shared negotiation information with us to help us make informed decisions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Tony and recommend him to others.

I knew I wanted Tony as our realtor long before we chose to sell our house, because of the rave reviews I had heard from his other clients. Deciding to sell our house was a huge commitment for my family, a very emotional one, that Tony helped us navigate beautifully. He was so patient with us through our ups and downs and was always supportive. He was the perfect combination of empathic/friend and professional/fighter to get us everything we wanted out of our sale. Tony at Stellar was fantastic, especially given that we lived out of town and were searching Boulder's highly competitive market remotely during the pandemic. Tony listened carefully to our needs and interests, acted as our eyes and ears in finding and evaluating properties, offered thoughtful opinions about tradeoffs when evaluating properties, and provided a wealth of knowledge and experience during sale negotiations and the closing process. We could not have asked for a better experience having Tony help us sell our house. He knew exactly what to do when some hiccups came up in negotiations. Purchasing an investment property from out of state is often a very harrowing experience. However, due to his dedication and utmost professionalism, Tony Martinez of Stellar Properties made sure we navigated the process as painlessly as possible. Being out of state, we were unable to physically view any of the available properties. Add to this the insanity of the current market environment and the speed required to compete for listed properties and you have a recipe for constant disappointment.
