I cannot say enough positive things about Stacey. I have worked with many realtors on both personal and business deals. Some have been really great on the personal level, while others have been very effective from a business perspective. Stacey was absolutely top-notch in both! She helped me during a complex time, and she was extremely patient when things took me much longer than expected to get ready - never making me feel pressured or uncofmortable. When I was finally ready to move things forward she was absolutely amazing: we ended up getting multiple offers and selling the house 12% over the asking price less than 24 hours later. And she did it all with grace, efficiency, and with plenty of personal touches that really made me feel taken care of. I would recommend Stacey to anyone considering selling or buying a home in the area.

Stacey Richter is the best Realtor I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the past 45 years.She’s had incredible integrity and knowledge of Real Estate property, value and contracts. She really knows her business. Most Realtors have very little integrity from my experience and make me feel like they just want thier commissions without doing much for it. The fake smiles, the fake coffee appointments etc. But Stacey is authentic and went above and beyond making me feel her value is greater then her commission. She saved me thousands of dollars by cleverly writing up my purchase contract and knowing what to ask for and she delivered big time.She’s a Pro!!! I recommend her and will work with her again for all my RE needs.

We were preparing to move to Colorado from Florida. We were still casting a wide net in our search, from Boulder, to Golden, and Denver. We were referred to Stacey from our selling realtor. We found her incredibly professional and communicative from the very start of the process. In fact, she always seemed available at a moments notice, investigated a property for us while we were still in FL, facilitated several remote viewings via FaceTime, and then in person viewings when we arrived. We settled on Denver neighborhoods and she was very helpful describing the local dynamics, pros/cons, etc. When we found a place we really like, she advised on an offer strategy, bench marked pricing, and facilitated a speedy successful offer and acceptance. She was so available from start to finish it seemed as if she lived just around the corner. I would definitely work with her again.

Stacey was fantastic to work with. We were first time homebuyers and she made us feel very comfortable with the process, even in an extremely competitive market. She was very responsive, getting us more details about a new listing from the seller’s agent and scheduling a showing as soon as we told her we were interested. We really appreciated her responsiveness knowing that, in this market, good homes went incredibly fast. But the most impressive aspect of working with her was her creativity in creating an offer that pleased both sides. When we found the home of our dreams, she helped us craft an offer that was within our budget but also so attractive to the sellers that they took the home off the market less than 24 hours after listing! We know we could not have gotten our home in this market without Stacey’s expertise and quick thinking. We highly recommend her!
