My brand new spyder jacket had defected zip issue. Keep sticking on fabric. Back on December 23 I filed a warranty claim with spyder n every other day I am trying to get help from them. Never heard from them. We had negative temperatures in ******* n these amazing people at spyder wouldn't care about human being I am never had that experience in my life before

The best shopping experience I've ever had! You can't go wrong in here and Nici is the best. She has helped, me, my mom, and my sister with all our needs and has wonderful customer interactions. I've told any friends and family needing new outdoor gear about this store and can't wait to shop there again myself!

The ski jackets was great for several years. They claim that the outer shell is under warranty. The material on the outside is becoming transluscent in areas which means that it no longer is waterproof. I emailed Spyder and never got a response. They do not show a phone number on their website. You can only contact them through email (which they don't answer). I found a phone number for them on Google, but they do not answer. In summary, if you buy from them, treat it as a final sale since no one will be there to help you. It is sad, because I loved the product

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are a disaster. I placed an order and immediately noticed that I accidentally ordered the wrong size, as a result I immediately within 5 minutes contacted customer care to request that they please change the size before they process the order, and their response was that I was basically screwed. That they could not do anything, and that I am supposed to wait. They told me that they cannot even cancel my yet unfulfilled order. So in short they are going to purposely send me the wrong size, just to steal my money in shipping, then shipping again back to them and once again shipping a third time to ship back to ship the correct size back to me, and that is if it is even in stock or still at the same sale price. This place has horrible bussiness ethics. Do your self a favor and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. Please stay away!

I used Spyder's online size guide. The pants are way to large. I asked to return them for a size that will fit. I was told I was outside of the return window. No attempt to stand behind the product or to make a customer experience a good one. The product is new tags on it still in the plastic bad it was delivered in, I didn't ask for a refund just a size that fits. The pants were $400. I will never ware them and I will never buy anything else from Spyder. Funny how an Olympic paid endorsement makes a company think that 1 and done is an acceptable way to grow a business and develop a loyal customer following. The product looks great to bad it does not fit!

Horrific service has eclipsed great products. Wrong jacket got sent, no response to customer service emails and no phone support available. And they want to charge a $10 return fee so I can fix their mistake. Taking my business elsewhere after many years of being a repeat customer.

Online Spyder retailer doesn't deserve any star(s), I placed my order over two weeks ago, never received a confirmation of order being processed or accepted, sent a number of emails to Spyder customer NO service to no avail.The voice mail messages at (303)544-4000 got ignored too. Stay away from these scam artists! Their online presence is quite heavy but there is nothing else beyond that.

5/5/21 Last Saturday we were at Marshall's Department Store looking at a number of different products. We saw many things that looked nice, but what I saw when we were checking out were a four pack of Spyder Underwear. I did not know Spyder merchandise had this option. I grab a pack of XL underwear and added them to our cart. The very next day I was looking forward to wearing a pair when I looked on line about Spyder underwear. I saw some that had the Spyder logo on one of the legs, but the underwear I had did not have the icon. The feel of the underwear wasn't as soft as A Pair Of Thieves underwear. Nevertheless, I tried on the underwear and knew immediately that this underwear is made four young adult. The sizes could be set up in Asian Sizes. I have had this problem before. It was disappointing to have to return the items, but why keep something if it doesn't fit. I might check online and see if I can't get the underwear with the Spyder logo on them as well. I will try again, but not at Marshall's Department Store. I will order online next time.
