The hydration drink mix was recommended to me by my cardiologist. I tried it and it is great! It has a nice light taste and the price is good. My order was shipped and arrived quickly too! I recommend anything from Skratch Labs, but especially the hydration drink mix.

I was introduced to Skratch back in 2015 (ish) and I’ve used it since to fuel marathons, triathlons, daily life in the grind, and now my first full Ironman! It’s seriously the best electrolyte replenishment on the market and the taste is fabulous. I love the company and what they stand for — and mostly I love feeling like I’m part of the decisions about what goes into my body. I’m not just blindly trusting what a company says is best. Allen Lim and his team educate .. and continue to improve and expand products & lead the industry. Love Skratch .. and look forward to those hand written notes. :)

This review is for the gummies and the "savory" bars. Let's be real here, the gummies are candy. Just read the ingredients if you disagree. They do taste good- however I personally find them a very poor exercise fuel. I get a sugar spike and then an abrupt drop- feels like I bonk 20 minutes after I eat them. The savory bars have MSG in them, labeled as "yeast extract". I cannot possibly see how this could be an ingredient in a healthfood company that claims it's product are "made from skratch". Marketing at its worst. As an athlete, I am actually offended that this garbage is sold as "health food". I only give two stars because the gummies taste good- as candy often does.

Skratch is a dream come true!!! I made a living from riding a bike for ten years as a bicycle courier and I always had dehydration issues, sports drinks are trash so i was so stoked to fine a local world class place in boulder. Now i have no headaches from dehydration or from dealing with people trying to sell me something i don't need. Nothing on the market can hold a candle to skratch and the people running the place are nothing but pro.

Love love love Skratch Labs! Hydration mixes, chews, and bars are the best I've tried. Great flavors, they don't upset my stomach, and they energize me for my rides. ❤️♥️ Skratch Labs ♥️♥️ Give Sun-dried Parmesan bars a try! Thought I was not going to dig 'em- but great!! Think pizza!
