Love Shinesty! I’ve had a subscription for almost two years now that started out as a one year gift for my husband, but I plan to keep it up indefinitely! Fun, quality products and EXCELLENT customer service! We move quite a bit, but I have never had a problem changing my address or accessing an awesome human (looking at you, Tin!) to help me out with trickier stuff. Highly recommend!

Very ingenious idea! Got a monthly subscription for my husband for Christmas. It’s a hit! Excellent customer service! Tin was funny and engaging in his emails in an effort to enhance his customer service. ?

This is an amazing company! Their products are fun and great quality and their customer service is outstanding! I have never had any issues any time I contact them, they a very happy to help sort out and issues you may have. They also send some pretty funny emails.

I ordered this for xmas for my bf, wrong sz (oops! and realize this was my fault but was having exchange issues) I chatted with Tin online, and it was resolved relatively quickly. Thanks Tin!!!! Best in the biz. Once we receive everything I can talk about the actual product, but great customer service! He/she deserves a raise!!

First and foremost, the products are amazing and soft!!! I gift them and everyone loves them!!!Second, I had an issue with a size and it was completely my fault because I ordered the wrong size. Cara in customer service was absolutely a gem!!! She help me correct it and sent out the new pair very quickly. And then the mailman gave me an empty package with an I'm sorry note attached to it. I was so disappointed that I still didn't get my package that I had ordered. Cara came to the rescue once more!! I finally got my order and was able to give my Valentine his gift. He absolutely loves them!!!Customer service for this company is outstanding and that's just not a thing lately with many companies. I'm very happy with shinesty, their products and their support team! Great job!! And whoever is Cara's boss, she totally deserves a raise!!! She's rocking it.
