I just discovered the Satellite Board Shop (close to the Valmont and 30th street intersection). They've been in business for 22 years and I'm bummed that I didn't know about them sooner. Satellite has had a good reputation since I started skating 20+ years ago, I stopped in the other day because I blew a bearing and they were friendly and helped get my board back up and running. 6 stars.

Great people. Great options for decks and shoes. Reasonable prices. Good recommendations for skate parks in the area.
