Jessie was exceptional in helping us find a new home and sell our existing home in a very challenging market. Selling our home in Spring 2023 could have been stressful and challenging, but Bethany led us through all the phases with expertise, keen insight on the Boulder County market and its buyers, clear and frequent communication, and her calm, positive and organized disposition. How do you move to a new city where you basically don't know anyone, don't know the area very well, and houses are flying off the market so fast that you can't make it in town from Kansas City quick enough to walk through and offer on the homes?? Answer: You hire the Sartell Bliss Team! Bethany and Jessie teamed up to provide us an exceptional REMOTE home-buying process. In the middle of winter they were always willing to go check out a property immediately after it hit the market and provide us the information and feedback we needed to make our decisions. They were there from the initial "conceptual" phase of the move all the way to the day we moved into our new home and thereafter. Bethany and Jessie's personalities really complement each other and I can see why they appeal to any type of client that is fortunate enough to work with them. I worked with Jessie to buy a home in the competitive Lafayette/Louisville area. As a first time home buyer, Jessie is knowledgeable/insightful in all of the topics I needed her to be: what are the best neighborhoods/streets, pointing out likely costly repairs/inspection issues as we view homes, & what is needed to provide the most attractive bid (so important in this market!). On top of that, Jessie is responsive, understanding, & extremely professional.More than anything, what stood out to me when working with Jessie is that she genuinely wanted what was best for me. Jessie was straightforward & honest when she felt a home was a potential money pit or lacked value, & vice versa when she felt a home was a good fit. Her integrity & desire for a positive outcome was the highlight of the experience for me.

Jessie handled our real estate purchase like the pro she is. In a daunting market, she told it like it is but was equally optimistic that we would find a great place. And she was right! She really listened to what we wanted and pointed us to a listing that didn’t make it through the prescribed filter but was exactly what we were looking for. We relied on Jessie’s judgment for strategy and it paid off for us. She stayed in close communication with us every step of the way to keep the close on track. And Jessie reassured us that Bethany could step in if anything was needed when she was unavailable (it was summer, after all). We couldn’t have asked for a better guide through this process.
