The store seems rather empty and devoid of interesting items these days. I understand that the new management has done away with the customer appreciation coupons that one would receive with a purchase or donation (now you must sign up to an email marketing list), and the store no longer has a day where students, seniors and (I think) veterans could receive a discount on their purchased items. The ‘shopping music’ in the store is constantly interrupted by annoyingly repetitive pleas for money, donations, cars or what have you. Granted, Goodwill does the same thing, but at least a percentage of their PSAs are also aimed at people in need with adverts for how and where to access services and training. Not everyone shopping in your store can afford to give you a car, Salvation Army, and some might even benefit from learning about your programs and how to take advantage of them. Be a little more sophisticated in your outreach! Three stars because the employees seem very nice, and the store, though sparsely stocked, is neat and clean.

new manager I believe her name is Samantha, reorganized the store made it look a lot nicer also the staff was very nice to me when I came in. I found some local college merch that was in very great condition for a very sweet price. All in all better than it was a couple months ago.

I just went here the other day and I’d like to say that it looks very nice compared to other stores that I’ve been too. Now another thing I’d like to note is the new management, they have been taking amazing care of this store. One example is once I walked in there wasn’t a single thing out of order, a second thing is the options to thrift were endless, many different things were organized all throughout and made my experience so much easier. After gathering all of my items there were a few workers that asked if I needed help ( This is the second time I’ve been to this store), once i received the help I needed I continued to buy my stuff and the worker ringing up the prices was extremely polite as well as patient. Lastly since I have the last time I was at this store I have to say they’ve received a new manager of the store and I’d like to say that this store is in amazing hands, opposed to the last manager which I can say definitely was not the right fit for this location!!

Shame on this store and All management! This place has lost its way as far as a charitable organization. They disrespect and treat the homeless and the poor like trash underneath their feet.

I was checking out and the person doing my clothing made a mistake and had to correct it. So I asked if I could review all the charges prior to leaving and she told me that she hadn’t made any mistakes that she was “Knew how to do her job “. I absolutely agreed with her and said I just wanted to double check it and she said no. She gave me the option of paying whatever it was without looking at the bill again or leaving. I chose to leave.

This store always has a great selection of items, especially dishes and containers for the kitchen. Their shoe selection is often good too. The people who work here are all very nice. I am happy to support the Salvation Army.

Is nice but surprisingly expensive. Just go to an ARC if you value saving cash

Very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dropping off donations is easy. Non profit. Good low prices. And sales often!

Great people will help you deposit your goods. Well organized and easy to find. Just drop off in the rear of the building.

Random review but always had good experiences here. I’ve been extremely lucky with coming in at the right time and finding 1-2 fantastic finds. Today I scored a brand new flannel with $60 cash inside the front pocket. Talk about being blessed!

Clothes advice for those shopping-- be sure to check and make sure that the pricing tags did not leave holes in the fabric. I usually leave behind 50% of the clothes I want to buy because whoever tagged them punched through the cloth versus putting it through the clothing label. Recommendation for the store manager-- please tell employees to punch the tags through the size tags and not the cloth. I found two waterproof Marmot jackets yesterday that I had to put back because the price tags had been punched right through the Goretex lining!
