Man the customer service lady by self checkout is rude as all hell. She harassed a pregnant woman about her number of items even though there were no other lanes open, and just now she told me they would charge me out of the store if I used the basket to get to my car. I just had knee surgery and am not able to use a cart. Please don't hunt me down safeway I returned your basket! Geeze man.

No cashiers at peak hours. Nice staff but corporate is running every Safeway into the ground. UFCW can't patch the holes management causes fast enough

This is my secondary Safeway choice. I don't mind it, but I got a cake here and it wasn't the best. Not bad, but not great. They have a wide selection of foods(some yummy, some not) but I wasn't super impressed with the service. Average grocery store

Great place. I always go there for my lunch breaks when I'm in the area. Good selection of quick lunch meals too when I don't have time to prepare one beforehand. Just unfortunate that you need to ask for a bathroom key in order to use it.

This the closest grocery store to me and I have had the worst experiences here, this past Thursday the 25th, my son was approached by an employee in a very inappropriate way, and then continued attempting to approach him while we were shopping. That's is completely inappropriate. No child should ever be approached like that. It was extremely creepy and made me nervous for any child that is in your store.

4/20/24-Trying to use the restroom is a nightmare. They have it locked up. You have to try and track down the key. This is actually a form of discrimination against the elderly and people with disabilities because they need quick restroom access due to medical issues. Boycot this store until they change their practices.

Very bad customer service. Do not shop here! They don't honor price tags that are displayed. Rude management! And pharmacy constantly messes up on prescription.

They ask you to hold and then they hang up on you. Like hello I need help with my prescriptions. This has happened 20 times so far today

Went there this morning to get pastries only to find out they no longer make any type of pastry, only doughnuts. Extremely disappointing considering it's now extremely hard to find a good pastry. I don't understand why they even have a bakery anymore to be honest. The whole area was completely empty, looks like they are only baking doughnuts and cakes now. Also they are relatively expensive compared to other grocery chains.

Clean, but limited selection for such a large space. Not a lot of variety for basics like cottage cheese, vegetables, etc. Pricey if you don’t get their rewards app- but be warned if you do: there is NEVER a check out without their system not giving some or all of the digital coupon prices, no matter what you did to select them. So, don’t shop here if you want to save money but don’t have the time to comb through each receipt every visit and then wait for shorthanded customer service to correct all the pricing issues. And keep in mind that half the time they don’t credit the right amount of reward points earned and randomly delete rewards earned.
