I’m a bit perturbed with this Safelite. I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced a week ago, and received a confirmation the day I did so. I was asked to confirm the appointment the day after I made it, and yesterday, the day of the appointment, I got two reminder texts. I also called on my way to the appointment to let them know I would be 5 minutes late, and spoke to someone on site. In none of these interactions did they warn me that they did not have my windshield glass on site, and that it in fact wouldn’t arrive until the 16th (two weeks from now). It’s challenging for me to duck out of my job during normal work hours, and to have done that and then be told upon arrival that I would need to come back in two weeks was very frustrating.

I needed urgent help with my rearview mirror b/c it had fallen off the windshield and Damien and JJ were SO HELPFUL! Thanks, Guys! Highly recommend this Safelite location.

Had to come back in to get a chip filled and Mike was super helpful! He came out and looked at the chip with me and then worked to fill it himself! Such amazing service, and I am very grateful to Mike and his personal attention to excellence

Excellent service once all my questions got answered. Customer service is difficult to obtain. Several attempts to talk to a live rep always redirected me online. Unfortunately, all too typical everywhere.

A bit of a bait-and-switch shop. Got us in the door with a $600+ price for a windshield replacement. Then later added $395 for "ADAS Recalibration" over email. When I then attempted to cancel, the website offered 25% off parts and labor for me to keep the appointment. When the tech showed up, the company insisted on the original price because the discounts they had originally offered were enough in their mind. Funny part is that they never offered to do it without the ADAS Recalibration even after realizing that there were no ADAS features on the car.

Don't bother to call them. These MFs don't answer the phone. I was on hold for an hour and a half. Had to drive over to talk to them.

Idiots. Worst service I've ever received. Had to replace the windshield on 2 cars. 1 for scratched glass, other for improper install. Fixed improper install. Now hoping the 5th try will work for replacing the scratched glass they installed...terrible work, terrible communication, missed appointments, came to replace wrong windshield. I can only imagine this company is full of idiots at best. AVOID.

Bait and switch operation. A reasonable quote is provided, but then additional charges are added later. They said for "extra labor" due to the size of the windshield. Price went up by nearly 50%. Go with another shop and know what it will cost.

Don't go if you have a lift or leveling kit. They did a good job with glass, recalibration, not so much.
I have a 3" leveling kit on my vehicle, this caused an issue with the recalibration so I had to take it to the dealer. Not sure how they can't handle vehicles that are not at stock height. The dealer did it just fine.
The install was well done. My insurance worked with them just fine.

2 issues. The mirror fell off the day after the windshield was replaced. They had my information in their system wrong despite making the appt on-line, presumably a glitch. Given wrong name and phone number, it was difficult to contact anyone to remedy issue. The reason I am giving 3 stars vs 1 star, is when I did finally get a hold of someone, the manager did come out that day and fixed it while I was at work.

First time having to replace my windshield and someone told me about Safelite, so I went with them. Mike the manager was the nicest human and the service and price were exceptional!! Thank you so much!!
(Nice perk about this location: while you wait you can walk next door to Verb coffee which is a fantastic coffee shop :) )
