RUN from this scam artist. He was supposed to have fixed my air-conditioning, which I paid for, yet never did, then some minor engine and tail light repair. John, the owner, promised to have the car ready that day, And continued to lie through his teeth for days, until I just finally went and took it back from his disgusting and filthy shop. This place is not remotely trustworthy, avoid it like the plague. I’ll take it back to my more expensive mechanic, and make sure he didn’t steal things off of my car. A Totally untrustworthy, unreliable, and devious business!

DON’T DIE! Rob’s techs forgot to put a bolt back into our caliper and almost killed us. Not only that, but they left the oil filter half screwed and almost blew up our engine. Oil change and brakes is such an easy job to do and they messed up. Don’t go unless you don’t value your life or your car.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my car in A MONTH ago to get a new radiator after a minor crash. They had updated me within the first couple of days, but have now gone radio silent. I have had to reach out to THEM to get updates, and they still have told me nothing substantial except for excuses. I financially cannot go without a car anymore. Their mistakes have severely affected my personal life and work life. Because of their negligence and lack of accountability, I am in a financial hole…
Ladies, be careful out there… yet another auto shop who likes to take advantage of small women. I always try to extend extra grace, and be understanding - because I have heard great things about this place… but boy was I wrong, and I am beyond frustrated at this point.

I was charged more than the verbal quote. Instead of arguing, I ended up paying the difference.
I hate leaving engine review for a small business owner, but there are many better ways to treat a customer.

Driving across country and our oil light went on. They took us next morning which was awesome and the oil change and tire rotation were quick and not expensive. Very very nice people. Definitely recommend them.

Love this business. Honest, caring and understanding of people's needs. I'm a little surprised at some of the reviews, but Jon has always taken care of my family vehicles and considerate of work schedules as well as his flexibility to get the job done quickly and efficiently and with cost in mind.Jon and his mechanics are knowledgeable about their field and take into consideration the necessity of dire situations versus things that can wait and will be honest on what's best for the individuals situations.Worth the extra time and money to take here, rather than a corporate mechanic.

This place was really great and checked my car out on short notice. I had some concerns especially since I was planning on driving across country. They put my mind at ease and were super great. Totally recommend this place!

So first off the car is fixed up great now, that's probably the part people care most about.
But I just have to rave about this place for going above and beyond.
So on Labor Day I was driving to Boulder to pick up a cake for my brother's birthday which is about a 30 minute drive, I almost get there and the car starts starts overheating. Like the bar is way past the red line. Ugh, annoying but not unexpected. It's been overheating some (not this bad) for a few weeks now. So I pull into a parking lot, pop the lid, and wait 20 minutes for it to cool down. Turn it back on, it looks okay and I start driving again. Less than a minute later and it's past the red line again and this is with the heat on full blast while it's summer. So I pull over again and turn the car off. I know nothing about Boulder so I start calling around to googled auto shops nearby but of course they are all closed because it's labor day. So I find Rob's Auto next and give them a call. They're only 1 minute away which is perfect. So when he answered I asked if I could leave my car in his parking lot until they're open tomorrow and he said sure. I get the car over there and go inside and give him my information. I let him know we'll be gone soon I just need to wait for an uber to drive me and my daughter back home. He immediately says "oh I'm about to leave for a labor day lunch gathering, I can take you guys home." So not only did he let us leave our car there, he also went way out of his way to get us home, AND took a detour so that I could still pick up my brother's cake.
Absolutely above and beyond and the car is working great now, I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

I had brought my Range Rover here many times for big jobs and had gotten my car back fast and fixed. I have referred this shop to everyone I know. I brought my classic truck here to get it checked out assuming it would have the same care and consideration as my other vehicle and I was VERY wrong. Not only was I lied to multiple times about the work being done on my car and the timeline it would be done by, I was told repeatedly by Jon’s receptionist as well as himself that my car was “not worth fixing” and the engine is failing. I went in to pick it up and was told that the work that he said had been done had not been completed (3 days after he said it was) and was told to come back later that afternoon. When I did, he was not there, but the receptionist gave me the bill with charges consisting of things I did not approve or need. for example, I was charged 10 for windshield wiper fluid.I later talked to Jon about his approach on explaining what was wrong with my car in hopes we could reach an understanding and that I felt he was very disrespectful to which he shrugged off and said that “most of my clients want the truth” after I explained that this car was extremely sentimental to me and that I would be taking it to the mechanic who built the engine as his diagnostic was surface level and incomplete, trying to not get upset due to the office looking that of a day care with children and dogs running around. I left upset and with a $340 bill for changing spark plugs.Heres where things get FUN:I dropped off my car with a real mechanic to which I was instantly texted (on a Sunday night nonetheless) that2 OUT OF 4 SPARK PLUG WIRES WERE CHANGED. I payed $340 to have an incomplete job!!!!This shop is terrible and scams women. I know if I was a man approaching this situation, I would not get the level of disrespect and blatant disregard that I was shown. My mechanic has advised me that if he truly believed my engine was failing then there would be no point in changing the spark plug wires.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
