Half of these reivews are people who honestly have no patience or understanding. This Walgreens can get extremly busy but that in no way reflects how they handle the situation or the people that work there. I have used this Walgreens for 5+ years now. Will the pharmacist is excellent at his job. He is extremly knowledgable and so is his staff. I have dealt with quite a few walgreens that were busy and couldn't handle the situation. This is one that can!

This Walgreens store has time and time again been a huge inconvenience..... From failing to notify me if they "don't have" a prescription, to always being out of everything to the latest.... I show up at 2pm to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy is "closed til tomorrow, sorry for the inconvenience". Done dealing with this company that has steadily gone from acceptable to a sorry excuse for a store.

I want to give a 5-Star review for pharmacy tech "Giselle"!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐...my son was at the UMC Quick Care all morning on Marks St & Sunset and he was given 3 Rx prescriptions for an infection on his leg from a spider ?️ bite ... when we drove up to the window at Walgreens we were expecting to drop off his 3 prescriptions and come back LATER. But, No! Giselle had ALREADY filled ALL 3 of them while we were driving over to Walgreens! This has never happened to me EVER! Bravo Zulu Giselle!!

Don't trust the "on sale" tags, they'll charge you full price at the register. The pharmacy is also extremely slow and the staff seem very inexperienced. I arrived 15min early for a vaccination appointment (as instructed) and was forced to wait almost an hour for my vaccine.

No one at the pharmacy answers the phone here. They will pick up the phone, then immediately put you on hold over and over and over and over again.

This is one of thee worst Walgreens Pharmacies I’ve been too. Staff members are rude, you are never able to get ahold of anyone when calling in, and when you do get through to somebody they put you on hold numerous times transferring you to different people who ask the same questions only to put you on hold again. I’ve been hung up on, put on hold without being told, as well as the pharmacists just not knowing how to answer simple questions. I would give this place no stars if I could. Would recommend going to a different location to get any prescriptions filled.

Everyone here is always really nice except this one gal who works in the pharmacy makes me wanna cry every time I end up talking to her :( idk if it's just me but being deliberately mean to people while working in the pharmacy is really not cool

Came for passport photos. Was told they don’t do them. Asked when I could come in to get them. Was stared at with a blank face and complete apathy. We won’t be back.

They lost my prescription after I had to wait a full day for them to fill my prescription while I was in immense pain from an infection that I needed antibiotics for.

This pharmacy is terrible, will waste your time, and won't notify you if they are unable to fill your prescription by the time they are supposed to. I placed an order for a refill to have it delivered on the app and was given same day delivery as an option. After not receiving any updates after a few hours, I tried calling to see where it was and if I should change it to pick up. The women was extremely unhelpful and had no update on when it would be ready and claimed there was no point in transferring me to anyone else because they would just tell me the same thing. Shouldn't the pharmacist know when it would be ready? I needed the medication tonight and all I wanted to know is if it was going to be delivered in time or if I should be making new arrangements to pick it up. I tried calling back and then got a message saying there phones were down. (I think that they really just turned them off since they were closing soon and wanted to leave as soon as possible, despite not fulfilling their jobs). The pharmacy is now closed and I have now been on the phone for almost two hours trying to transfer to a pharmacy that is open later. A representative put me on hold to see if they could transfer it and I waited on hold for over an hour, just for the call to get dropped when it was supposed to be my turn. This has been so stressful that I am literally in tears right now. If you won't be able to deliver or fulfill a prescription, you should be calling the customer to notify them and help them make different arrangements. So much of my time has been wasted, my day has been ruined, because of your terrible customer service. I would give negative stars if I could. I will be changing pharmacies, because this location but also Walgreens in general has proved to be unreliable over and over again.

Some of the worst experiences I’ve had at a pharmacy. If I get my prescription within 3 visits and 2 hours of waiting, it’s a good day. Please don’t make blank promises, “it’ll be ready by 5pm” “it’ll be ready to pick up first thing in the morning”. We have lives and places to be. It’s bad enough how much money, time, and energy spent to get to this point. I don’t want to blame individual staff members, because I know at large it could be a staffing issue the higher ups of Walgreens is neglecting. Do your job, Walgreens.

On the phone it says the do passport photos but at the store they said no and they had no camera. I came 30 miles for nothing!

I am consistently impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at this Walgreens pharmacy at 4800 Baseline Rd. They go above and beyond to ensure that my prescription needs are met promptly and efficiently. The team's friendly demeanor and willingness to help create a positive experience every time I visit.
