We were extremely overcharged. Our drinks were $16 on the menu and on the receipt they were $23 plus an automatic gratuity although they refused to split the check (of our 6 person tab).

The filth we saw were in the woman's washroom and on the wall-mounted fans which had caked on dirt everywhere. We were worried the aged caked-on dirt would drop into our meals. We'll go back, but only for take-out next time.

I called for a pick up order. I told the lady on the phone vegetarian fajita plate with corn tortillas and black beans.Lady on Phone: Vegetable burrito?Me: No, vegetarian fajita plate, with corn tortillas and black beans.Lady: Oh okay. Got it.Me: Yes, thank you. Vegetarian fajita plate, with corn tortillas and black beans.Lady: Okay. With meat, or chicken, or...Me:...no. No meat, no chicken. Vegetables only. Vegetarian fajita plate, with corn tortillas and black beans.Lady: Ah okay.Me: Yes, vegetarian fajita plate, with corn tortillas and black, thank you.Lady: Okay, thank you. About 15 minutes.I arrived via bicycle. And yet after specifying many times over the phone to her, the lady got my order wrong. It was obviously a language barrier issue. Very frustrating that after all my time reiterating "vegetarian fajita plate with corn tortillas and black beans", the incompetent employee still got it wrong. Either lazy or unable to do the bare minimum.When I walked in, the server who helped me with my order lied to my face when she said it was the vegetable fajita. It was probably the same lady on the phone.Foolish on my part for not checking that they got the order right.Pissed.

We went w a group of 8 and had an amazing experience. The food was so delicious. I love their salsa and margaritas! I had a combo platter and everything was delicious. We will be back!

i went in yesterday and the dumbass working at the bar was very rude the whole time serving me and my friend drinks and I can hear him talking about both of us saying "these rich white kids always come in here thinking they can just spend their parents money like it's nothing" and also said jotos as we were walking out... i am Mexican I speak Spanish smh I can understand everything he was saying just talking shit the whole time like if your miserable just say that instead of talking about everyone else I spent my own money here on some shots that were 10$ just to be disrespected by some idiot

Don’t trust them if you have any food restrictions. Just ate here with a group. Our guide asked that they prepare some meat without peppers since a few of us cannot eat them. The restaurant served us a separate plate, but they obviously just removed peppers. I’m now sick the day before heading home because they lied about how the food was prepared.

This was hands down the worst serving experience I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. The server literally went out of his way to ignore us, forgot to put in our food so we were there for over an hour & did not bother to give us silverware or tortillas. Then after waiting for an hour (we ordered a quesadilla & fajitas) our food finally came with no apology. Then a random employee came up to us & started insulting us in Spanish. All of the staff was rude. Definitely do not recommend.

Went to dinner with group of 8. Restaurant was maybe half full. 30 minutes for someone to take dri k orders. Over an hour for food orders. Four or five staff members were standing directly behind us talking and laughing while ignoring g us. When the food came out 3 people had wrong orders and two people had no order. When we complained waiter said we needed to better clarify WTH? Terrible service bad food ridiculous staff. Never going back. Don't waste your time or money.

I'm from East Texas and often miss good Mexican food, but I have found my place! I personally enjoy their queso and enchiladas. Rincon has a great happy hour, and the prices are good. The portions are a nice size and I never leave hungry. The staff are always super friendly. I recommend this to anyone craving some good authentic Mexican food!!

Family a party of 7 was seated right away then provided with our drinks and chips with salsa. We were given time to make our choices and the food came out hot and delish. The waiter made sure our drinks were filled and everything was fine. A great time was had by all.
