We leaned heavily on his knowledge of the market, housing, and home buying process, which was super helpful.Fast! I’m a believer that speed is a competitive advantage in business and life. Guess how we closed on our dream home. Seth flagged it to us immediately after going on market, he scheduled a showing for late afternoon to walk the property, and then we sent an offer that evening. We made 5 prior offers and Seth was just as quick and responsive for each offer, not showing fatigue or disappointment throughout the whole process as things changed.Understanding! Direct, honest, transparent, and not pushy. Never once felt that Seth was trying to push us to make an offer. In fact, before we were even “ready” to start looking, he recommended that we start early. This allowed us to get an idea early on for different floor plans we liked, feeling for square footage, and pinpointed what we really wanted (since it changed often). His suggestion to see as many homes as early and frequently as possible meant more work for Seth to meet us at properties, but this early start helped give us confidence to start actually putting offers on homes once ready, which can be scary as a first-time home buyer. This made us feel like he was truly advocating for us.
