I know there are many realtor agents out there but I decided to work with Kevin to sell my home. This was not my first experience selling a home. In considering all my options for realtor, I felt that Kevin is a decent man, is caring, and has a good heart. I felt very comfortable with him. He listens well, and never disregarded my questions/opinions/suggestions. These are all important assets for me in doing business. Kevin guided me through the plan and reminded me of each step. I never felt like I was just one of many customers he was working with: he maintained a focus on selling my specific property quickly, and did an outstanding job of promoting my property. The experience of selling my home with Kevin felt like smooth sailing from start to finish. I'd highly recommended Kevin for realtor business.

i had a terrible experience with kana chambers jones i had to sue her in court and now she still will not pay me sold 4 homes i westminster lafayette and louisville she could not sell nothing she wasted alot of time and money beware of kana chabmers jones shes kind a bad person

I have sold properties twice with Jan Marose and am a frequent investor in real estate. I also travel extensively. Jan and her team consistently went "above and beyond" to help me in every step of the listing, selling, and even the moving process. Her communication was excellent, and she got me top-dollar with each transaction while still being transparent about market conditions even when dynamics changed against the seller's favor. She had resources that were able to help me prepare the homes for sale (e.g. painters, handymen, stagers) and was very helpful in guiding me through that process. She marketed my home proactively and negotiated very well, even getting me over asking price when market conditions warranted. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate professional.

Amy LaBorde is an excellent negotiator and got me full price on the sale of my house. When the buyer came in at a lower offer, Amy's ability to educate them with her knowledge of the market and patience with the situation got the buyer to come up to full asking price... real finesse! highly recommend her!

My wife and I absolutely love Dunbar Hardy and what all he has done for us over the course of the last few years.
