Trying to fix a sound my car was making, I took my car to 3 mechanics (1 highly reputable, one dealership & one non reputable mechanic) none of them properly diagnosed or were able to fix issue until I found Tom at Rapp's. A gem our community is so blessed to have amongst the ever growing crooks in the auto mechanic world. Forever grateful Tom!

We've been going to Tom for over 10 years and he's always been great, both in the work he's done and as someone we can trust to be honest and fair (there have been times he's saved us a lot). We've recommended him to 3 or 4 other people, and every one of them has thanked us for setting them up with someone that they've been happy and satisfied with.We can't recommend him enough!

I have known Tom and used his auto repair service (Rapp’s Repair) for more than 25 years — and the results have always been outstanding — without exception. Tom is really good at what he does: he is not only a superb auto technician (being probably the best systems-thinker on cars that I have met in Boulder during my 40 years here)— he is also a great people-person. He is one of those unusual mechanics who can actually educate people about their cars as well as fix them— and seems to enjoy doing all this. Tom is highly ethical, reasonably priced — and he REALLY knows what he is doing. I've been a customer of Toms from around 7 to 10 years and I've had many cars repaired at many shops in Boulder over my 55 years as a car owner here. I'm happy to report that Toms service has excelled far above that of any other garage I have employed. The adjectives that apply to Tom and his business, come to mind easily. He's knowledgeable, talented, honest, kind, quick, caring, consistent and complete. It's wonderful to have a professional you can trust to perform one of the most critically important services that most of us require in life for life.

Tom is the absolute best. Besides being honest and incredibly helpful, he's also one of the best mechanics around. We have been bring our cars to Tom for about 12 years and couldn't imagine bringing them anywhere else. Small of big jobs he's up front, on time, and a great communicator.

My eternal search for an honest, skilled and fairly-priced Boulder-area repair shop is over! Tom impressed me with his friendliness, honesty and willingness to show me exactly what was happening with my car. He then completed the repair in a very timely manner. Tom has done significant repairs on my Ford F150 pickup over the last five years, as well as fixing my girlfriends Rav4. He does great work at a fair price, and doesn't take too long to get it done either. Thanks, Tom
