It took me six month to finally decide to leave a negative review…I usually try to understand and forgiveI was humiliated in Cherry Creek storeAnd then I visited Boulder store and felt the treatment and customer service is no better here either…Especially , if you try to consign with them and you are a foreigner then you will see the real treatment.They just simply discriminate…I was told that I should call and discuss with new manager my situationI have been reading reviews I am not only one unfortunately.Shame on you guys to treat foreigners the way you do !we are humans like you too!Thank you !

Amazing selection of really nice secondhand stuff. Excellent curation of clothes and shoes that are in good condition, plus the shop has such a nice atmosphere, it feels way more like a fun fancy boutique than a consignment shop.

This place would be a five star but would not accept my cash bc they say they have been receiving counterfeit bills. My suggestion is to get a marker to detour that or find a better alternative vs turning away cash paying customers.

The owner is not professional at all. Sold a bag to me, it came with pen marks. He told me to return the bag and I would get a full refund. After he got the order back tried to back on his word. Ended up calling my bank to dispute the charge.

Talk about a unique and fun place to shop! I have never been to another consignment store like this - it is amazing! I'm impressed. How do they always have a great variety, fully stocked and constantly rotating stuff? There's items are in pristine condition. So many new items with tags -yay. It really is unlike any other consignment store you've ever shopped. It's definitely the Boulder Colorado consignment store you would expect. :) You'll find brands like Eileen Fisher, Lafayette 148, Saint John, Prada, the North Face, Lululemon, and many more! I love that they have high end designers but also have reasonable every day brands like Ann Taylor and Nordstrom store brands. There is something for every tasteful, modern, fashionable, funky woman. Bonus tip - always check out the dresses when going to an event here first before anywhere else!!

Rags is my happy place! It’s the best consignment store in Boulder. They have an amazing selection, great prices, and courteous, helpful, and stylish people! I always find something/many things when I go and I always leave happier than when I came in.

I love Rags! I recently moved to North Carolina and one of the things I miss most about Boulder is Rags - both for buying and for consigning. There's nothing even remotely close to Rags around here - I realize how truly unique and wonderful it is and I'm really missing it. Keep up the amazing work.
