DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! I took my brand new 2024 vehicle through the wash and came out with a scratch to the paint over the left rear tire. No scratch was present when I got into my car to make the drive to this car wash, and I know the scratch was due to the wash because I exited the car immediately afterward to adjust my mirrors. Where should I send my paint repair bill, Prowash?

After spending $80 for deeper cleaning- (including interior) the inside windows of the car were foggy and streaked. Disappointing!

This place is NOT the Puddle! It has gotten worse and worse every time. Do not waste your time or money with this place. They do a horrible job. I am so bummed the service has gotten so bad. Is the owner even aware how poor the service is?

My car was cleaner before they touched it. Looks like they forgot to use soap or something.

I will NEVER go back to Gloss. They totally deny all responsibility for anything they may damage, and treat a long term customer like a liar. I went to Gloss, and it's predecessor for years. I trusted them with my very nice 2018 WRX Premium. Then one day I get in the car right after a wash and wax, and I notice massive scratches inside the windshield and passenger side window. Massive, undeniable gouges, and fine scratches too. I go back to the wash, and the guy working there admits it looks like the gouges are in the exact arcs of their towel wiping, and that a rock may have gotten in it. I have to come back to meet a general manager, who immediately denies all responsibility. He claims he can prove it with a video, which he shows me, and is captured from far far away (50-100 feet). He shows someone grabbing a fresh towel from a pile that is out in the open on top of a cart, and says "see, fresh towel." The person wiping my windows uses the exact motions of the scratches. I proceed to capture video of other cars where they use the same motion on the passenger window. The owner also denies all responsibility and makes it very difficult for to meet, saying his employee who verified my experience was "new" and didn't know what he's talking about. The fact that they have insurance but completely are in denial of the possibility that a rock or object could easily blow into their pile of towels and scratch a window is ridiculous. Fortunately I returned the car (which was leased by Subaru) and they didn't charge me, though the scratches were deep and unrepairable. This is not a trustworthy business.

I got the "total gloss" and the outside of the car was still dirty and the they were supposed to clean the seats and the dash, nothing was cleaned and I had to wipe it down myself. This place is horrible. Do not go here. You might as well light your money on fire if you go here.

$35 with added (on the credit card) tip - and I have a problem with that procedure as well. The whole thing took about 10 min max...SO I KNEW it wasn't going to be a great clean job...the inside was mediocre clean...Definitely not any better than I could have done with a hand vacuum. The trunk was not even touched and I was told it would be vacuumed. The exterior was fairly clean. WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY (times 1000) too expensive for what you get. AND I'm unclear/unsure if the guys who do the work get the whole tip...also tipping with your credit card when you pay for the service does NOT insure a good job. The guys that clean MY car are only getting a fraction of MY tip probably because it's likely meted out equally...so no real incentive to do more. ALSO..do the employees get the full amount of the tip or does the establishment reduce it by 5% for the credit card fee they pay to the bank (example: I get 5% discounts from my dentist when I pay cash for that same reason. I won't go back there. Too bad. SO overpriced for what you get.

Oh shucks. Puddle Car Wash sold out to Gloss, and the quality has gone way down. We paid $35 for an extremely mediocre job. In fact, when we got home, I had to re-vacuum and clean the interior and then hand wash the windshield again. The other bummer was that Gloss employees seem to be too miserable to give us eye contact or acknowledge our existence. When the car was ready to be claimed, the guys walked away from our car and from us without giving us the time of day. They didn't even look at us to make sure we were driving away in the right automobile. The customer service used to be so enthusiastic, personal and quick at Puddle. Now, it's a sludge. If this continues, this business will never make it. :( Oh! This is interesting. It was a coincidence that our daughter used Gloss later the same day. Here was the text she wrote to me as she waited for her car, "There is a guy here who says his car mats are missing and they can't find them anywhere. This place is a mess!"

I showed up to get the "All you got" car treatment for $49. After waiting in line I was told they're too busy and to come back another day. I was told to call first. Okay... Busy is good right? So I called the next day, was told to come by as they were not busy. When I got there and waited in line the woman tried to turn me away again. I said no. I told her I had rushed down after being told there was no problem. She was pissed off at me and said "Fine." with an attitude. I went inside to wait... It's a 45-60 minute job. I noticed that when they were done with a car they'd come inside to let you know if you weren't outside. After 2 hours I went to ask what the issue was. Turns out they finished my car, parked it out of my sight and let me sit there. It was a HORRIBLE job. There was wet Armor All everywhere on the inside. All the windows were fogged up by it. The tires looked awful and there was still crap on the roof. I was absolutely floored by the crappy quality of work. A complete and total ripoff and rude service to boot.

For $35 terrible job. You basically pay them to drive your car through the wash and spend 20 seconds using micro fibers to semi dry your car. My car was left dripping wet and my interior was left untouched. My windows are spotty and I ended up drying my car myself. Save your money and go through the gas station wash and bring some micro fibers. Not worth the price!

I took my dad's car in to have it detailed as a present for him. It was pretty dirty inside but not bad outside. They did a very very nice job cleaning the car. My only comment is that if you are going there to have your car detailed like I did, the full meal deal basically, give yourself enough time and bring a book to read because it does take a little while.
