I have been using them for years. I am a very busy mom and business owner who needed help with payroll. I have never had an issue. If I have ever needed anything I have been able to call and speak directly with a very kind and helpful person on the phone who helps me immediately. They keep track of things for me and communicate frequently with anything upcoming I need to plan for. Thankful for this service and highly recommend.

Nothing but great things to say about Poppins! They made it very easy to hire and pay a nanny. They take care of all the tax paperwork too. We’ve never had an issue and they’ve always been flexible to work with especially when we had a small period of time when we weren’t employing a nanny. Thanks Poppins!

Excellent company. Well run. Great staff. Great service. This was my first time needing a payroll provider. I started by calling the company to assess their customer service. A real person answered almost immediately. They were knowledgeable and kind.
Signup was easy and they will hold your hand through the process if necessary. We pay multiple hourly rates and Poppins has the covered. I run weekly payroll and it takes about 2 minutes.
After a while our state (Minnesota) passed cumbersome sick leave laws without exceptions for small employers. I thought it would create a mess with payroll. Poppins Payroll had it handled no problem.
I'm happy to add to the long list of 5-star reviews.

Poppins was the easiest part of hiring a nanny. They are extremely well organized and the platform is user friendly. When I had any questions, they were easy and fast via email or phone.

Have used Poppins Payroll for 2 years, with 2 nannies and it's been so helpful to us as a family. The website is intuitive and easy to use, I just have to input hours and salary and everything is worked out. It keeps all paystubs and will do so for 5 years after canceling. All quarterly taxes have been paid on time in full without me having to do everything and they are prompt with sending the documents. Same goes for the end of year documents - all complete well before I or my nanny needed them. They've been so reliable that I've only had to contact customer service a couple of times (either because I entered info incorrectly or just for help closing the account down). Everyone I have spoken with is super helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about their service, so we got to fast resolutions each time. I did my research and their monthly fee is competitive and to us, well worth it!

Excellent service for a great price compared to competitors. Whenever I had questions it was easy to get in touch with customer service -- you're always speaking to a real person and they respond quickly. I really appreciated that they filed the initial paperwork for me and handled all tax withdrawals.
