I purchased a used Ineos Grenadier on July 24th. They sold it to me with a severely cracked windshield and said they would have replaced ASAP. I've had the car now for 3 weeks. I found out that they picked up the windshield last week from the Ineos dealer in Colorado Springs. I’ve asked my sales rep Cedrick to have a manager call me at least 4 times in the past week and nothing. Crickets! On top of the windshield they also Marketed and SOLD me what I thought was a Fieldmaster but come to find out its actually a Trailmaster so they misrepresented the car completely. Do not do business with this place at all!

Brought my 2005 wrangler manual transmission in to have a diagnoses of the check engine light. I was informed that the technician assign to my vehicle had to get some sort of credentials updated to update the software on my vehicle prior to the fourth of July weekend. I have called repeatedly to ask for updates and have gotten little response as the email he has had to send haven't been responded to from Chrysler. I brought it to Autonation Jeep in Golden and they were responsive and completed work on my jeep the following day. The effort to satisfy a new customer was non-existent at Fowler as I asked them to let me know when they got the appropriate credentials to solve my car trouble. Just Bad!

I had a fantastic experience buying my first Jeep Wrangler. The team at Fowler did an excellent job assisting me and answering my questions. I worked with Cedric and Zack and highly recommend visiting them if you want a Jeep. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and my experience at Fowler Jeep has been top-notch!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Wasted about 40 minutes of my Saturday for the sales guy to go to the back office a few times while we twiddled our thumbs. Finally offers a hugely inflated monthly payment that I promptly declined. I understand sales tactics as I've been buying vehicles (Jeeps) for over 20 years, but come on...
Then he comes back out with Connor- the rudest, most useless, addition to the equation. Connor tried a few of his best sales tactics (ie condescending) and said my expectations were unreasonable. Mind you, they're quoted on the jeep website, but what do I know.
Steer clear of this shady place. There have to be better dealerships and salesmen who are more honest and polite than this trash.

The Service Department of Fowler Jeep of Boulder was able to resolve a problem with my vehicle that two other area Jeep dealerships had failed to accomplish. Rebecca provided a professional service experience with knowledge and integrity. Highly recommend this dealership!
