Every time I stop in I find great stuff for me or my kids. The staff is always cheerful and ready to help. Today it was a new bike for my little kid and they got it setup for him, then helped fit it into my car.

My husband visited Play it Again Sports in Boulder to purchase downhill ski boots and skis before the season started. He received excellent individual customer service from the highly knowledgeable staff who took the time to answer all his questions. Customer service done right. He is setup for success!!

Overall, a good store to buy disc golf equipment. However, I had a meh experience with one of the employees. He supposedly “didn’t have the time” to check the recovered discs section for my disc. I didn’t receive a text about my discs, but wanted to double check their store before I left for the year. Well, he had time to do other things on the computer at the checkout counter.

Bought an "Olympic" 45lb barbell here, one of the new ones their brand sells. It weighs 35 pounds, it's knurling is off center by an inch, and one end is a couple pounds heavier than the other.

they have good options here and good turnover. one time they sold us a glove that was not as advertised, so they lose a star for lack of knowledge (or lying to make a sale).
