I called this pharmacy at 12:19 on December 13, 2023. After waiting on hold for about 5 minutes, I appeared to be transferred to an actual person, and then I experienced the call immediately disconnecting. Rather than call again I decided to write this review. I don't understand why the operators would just hang up on a person trying to call; maybe they were overwhelmed and just wanted the call to go away, but in any case I'd recommend doing something that's not that in the future: either have the automated system say something like "you're not going to get through, leave your number and we'll call you back", hire more people so they're not overwhelmed, train the existing people better so that they know how to use the phone system correctly, or something. I find it inexcusably rude to wait 5 minutes and then the only human interaction to be someone immediately coughing and hanging up on me. That's not respectful of my time!

Hands down the best insurance I have ever had. I love my primary care physician and the rest of my healthcare team. Also the fact that everything is linked in one platform and I can do most of the tests in one place? I had anthem blue cross and blue shield through my job and I got Kaiser through my husband's job when I lost my job. I got another job with Anthem again but I decided to keep Kaiser because I like ot way better.

As someone who has relied on Kaiser for all my medical care for well over 30 years, I am very surprised at the negative reviews on Yelp. I and my wife are extremely happy with the care we've received over the years. That includes their surgical services, doctors, physician's assistants, nurses, pharmacy, lab, imaging, mental health services and physical therapy. From my experience over the years, I'd rate it 95 out of 100.

Trying to contact them for addressing a medical issue is extremely challenging. The pharmacist Dept is very good.

I have had amazing care through Kaiser. From my pcp to other departments-my experience has been great! I've had Kaiser for the last 6 years and I look forward to enrolling again this year. I highly recommend Kaiser.

They only care about getting all the money they could get from their patients. Shame on all the health care providers. USA deserves better. Someone there who is filthy rich and making money from us. It is about time to change the healthcare system. It seems the Canadian government care much more about their citizens.Please do not give me "we'd like to follow up with you and assist. Would you please email your full and phone number to.........................."

My plan has a $20 doctor and $75 for a specialist. I went to see a Physical Therapist (Kaiser in network AT Kaiser) who I only went to after being recommended by the MD. The PT charged me with 2 different codes for the same appointment totaling $325~~~~~!!!! WTAF!~If you Google average PT cost it is $150! AND why is a PT NOT A SPECIALIST?? This should be a $75 appointment!!! And at MOST a $150 appointment.WTAF Kaiser, aren't you supposed to be negotiating rates so I don't get screwed by 2x billing. I WOULD NEVER PAY $350 for a useless PT appointment where I was told to stretch my arms, given a $1 plastic band and a sheet of paper with stretches. FOR $350?????? WTAF Kaiser. You suck!

I just want Kaiser to know that I appreciate everyone at the Boulder, Co Baseline office. Seng Vang is an amazing RN and I love her so much for helping my elderly family friend CONSTANTLY, always going above and beyond. The pharmacy's service is decent BUT today 2/12/2021, after receiving horrible news and having to pickup medication for this elderly family, GREG DAVIS at the pharmacy was excellent with his professionalism and empathy care. I greatly appreciate you making a horrible day a little better. Thank you!
