“I’ve been ready to make food for Shiva, my Shepherd dog who has food for which he gets monthly injections or daily pills. We heard and read good things about Shine in Boulder, consulted with Anika there. She is an amazing and knowledgeable resource, and helped us to slowly switch from “commercial” to Shine dog food. The upshot is that we’ll also put our 3 cats on their “real” food. Thanks for being there for animal nutrition!”

“I have been buying Boulder Dog food products for years. I started out buying them in a retail store, but eventually moved to purchase them on-line. The quality of the product is outstanding. Whether its the dog treats, or the food enhancers (called sprinkles) my dogs LOVE the flavors, turkey treats (called bits)a re their favorites, although the salmon treats are a close second. I love to use the food enhancers (sprinkles) on their kibble. I use a spray bottle, just wet the kibble a bit, then put the sprinkles on top, and WA-LA they eat it up! The quality product is one thing, but over the years I have had direct contact with the owner Ed, and members of the team. They are highly ethical, and always honor their word. I appreciate the way they do business and am thrilled to see them succeed. Thank you Ed and the team! Keep up the great work.”
“Absolutely amazing establishment. Our cat is very picky and usually doesn’t like new treats. They let us return as many of his rejects as we need. So we don’t have to worry a fancy treat won’t work and we’re stuck with a whole bag. Great friendly knowledgeable staff. Not overly expensive either. All around just a really nice experience.”

“I absolutely love getting my doggies groomed here! I drive all the way from Denver for my pups to see Maddy because she is so gentle and sweet with them and makes it such a comfortable experience! My dogs don’t hate getting groomed anymore, and she is always so helpful when I come in to get treats for them, too! I also love the shop and their selection of treats and food. I am just as picky about my dogs eating clean as I am for myself so the selection here is stellar. Nothing but good things to say about this place & Maddy!”
“Not only do they provide top notch veterinary care, all the profits go back to the Humane Society. So by taking my rescue dogs to them, we are in turn paying it forward for other dogs who need to be rescued. Everyone is very friendly and I believe they also offer a sliding scale for those who have pets that need care but the owner is unable to pay the full amount. My dogs actually wag their tails when we pull up so that tells you everything! As a rescue pet owner of 7 animals, I highly recommend them.”

“The young guy named, Sonic, at the register was so helpful. We came in with our dog needing an allergy shot after biting her paw up. Sonic, showed us the bitter apple wraps and allergy wipes. “This store is amazing for grooming. My 24 lb. tom cat was bathed and shaved for 100$. Also they were really nice and My cat seemed quite happier when he got back !! I would highly recommend it for cat owners !!”
