Went in for an exam on my two kitties yesterday and the doctor and her vet tech were very nice. Room was dirty, it had fur on the floor and exam table, half eaten dog treats on the floor etc. I am frustrated by being charged a "medical disposal fee" despite only having an exam done during the appointment for both cats. I called and Heather told me it was a fee passed on to the client no matter what is done or not done at an appointment. If I am being charged an additional fee for services not rendered, it should at least be disclosed as standard practice. No other veterinary clinic I've been to has done this. I only found out after checking my emailed receipt statement.

I absolutely love pet menders! They always take such good care of my boy. Gus has a bit of stranger danger and is afraid of other dogs, and the staff always make sure to take precautions when treating him and make him feel so comfortable. They are always honest about his care needs, and when possible provide different options for treatment while being completely transparent about facts.

I can't say enough good about everyone here. One of the things I love is that Dr. Russell does not go overboard with treatment recommendations.....he has always been right on point with his diagnoses and very conservative yet very effective with his treatment. I have been working with Pet Menders for many years and they have always been great and fairly priced.

Amazing vet at a great price. Loved how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. My cat is having teeth troubles, and they provided multiple options. Definitely my new vet for as long as I live nearby. Don't hesitate to bring your fur baby here!

Because of all the good reviews here, I was hoping this would be my vet clinic. There is no other way to say it, the clinic was dirty. There was dog hair all over the floors, the pad on the exam table was dirty, As was the floor. It was extremely hot inside the exam room, as though they didn’t have air conditioning.
I paid $72 for an exam and the veterinarian never examined him. She did a couple blood tests. I tried to get a prescription renewed, and she didn’t seem to understand what I wanted. I know it was the end of the day, but she didn’t introduce herself and seemed completely disinterested, like she was just waiting to go home. I guess Dr. Russell might be better, but I’m not going back.

I don’t trust anyone else with my pets. We live 40 min away and have seen closer vets so we are established in case of an emergency and it just hasn’t been a good fit. So we gladly make the hike for routine stuff.

I have been using Pet Menders for 5 years now and have always had a wonderful experience at an affordable price. I chose this clinic because my dog was hit by a car and I was frantically trying to find a clinic that I could afford. While, they were not able to offer the emergency services we needed, Dr. Russell was extremely kind when I made the initial inquiry and asked me to call back to let him know how things went with my dog. Once I was able to take my dog in to Pet Menders for his check ups to monitor his healing , I continued to receive the same genuine care Dr. Russell displayed in our initial phone call. Thank you Pet Menders team for your amazing care!

The staff at this practice is amazing.
Amethyst, the vet technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and determined why my dog’s symptoms were oscillating. I had recently moved to Denver and my dog was sick so I called them for advice while waiting for a local appt. She went above and beyond in her virtual care, which was free of charge, despite knowing I would not return as a patient.
I’m beyond grateful for the help I’ve received from this clinic and I highly recommend it.

I've been bringing my kitties to Pet Menders for almost 30 years. First we saw Dr Fuller and for the past 10-15 years we've been seeing "Uncle Dr Russell." He's the most knowledgeable, kindest and compassionate vet I've ever met. Heather at the front desk is fantastic as is the rest of the crew. Highly, highly recommended!!!
