There was a very cute store. I was surprised when I went inside, it is quite spacious. The name of the store is different, so I don't think it is a chain store, but there is a similar store in Fort Collins. I wondered if people in Colorado live surrounded by very stylish kitchenware. There were a lot of Japanese tableware and cookbooks, as well as a European tableware corner.

Friendly & helpful staff, my boys and I loved looking at all the kitchen toys. Found a great 3s leche cake pan. Perfect!

My favorite kitchen store in the US! We don’t live in Boulder but love browsing and shopping in this store. The selection is incredible and it’s literally stuff to the ceiling with interesting merchandise. The staff are so helpful. One time they patiently helped me test each of their electric peppercorn grinders to find the best one. In addition to kitchenwares, they have a great selection of foods, linens, tableware, glassware, and a selection of games/toys. I also found amazing scarves one year just in time for Christmas.A must-see when visiting Boulder!

I've always loved this store. I live tableware and tablescapes. I love to just look at the beautiful things in this store. Everytime I'm on Pearl Street I stop in.

Awful experiences. I called and had an item put on hold. When I got there it was not on hold. Fail #1. Item was also not in stock, so I wasted 45 min of my time. Fail #2. So they did a special order. I got a call my item was in, I didn't believe it so I asked them to make sure. They ordered the wrong item, and were not listening to me (I asked for a set, they had just one item from the set). Fail #3. I used the form on contact us page on their website to complain about all these problems, never got a response. Fail #4. Bad management? Bad training? Bad inventory system? All of the above?

Really disappointed that they don't stand behind the quality of the products they sell. Bought a $34 candle and when I lit it, there was little to no scent. I tried to return it only to be told it was not in new condition so they can't take it back.How was I supposed to know that it was basically scentless unless I lit it?? A catch 22 and bad customer service in my opinion.

This is one of my favorite stores in Boulder! They have such a plethora of home and kitchen items that it is rare we don't walk out with something wonderful in hand. The selection of tablecloths and napkins is the best and if you need an unusual gadget for the kitchen this is your place. If you have someone hard to shop for on your list, this is a gem of a spot to find the perfect item. The staff is always friendly and helpful which is an extra bonus!

I needed a last minute custom gift basket made and Alexa from Peppercorn was such a life saver!! She was so good at picking out items for the gift basket and was able to get everything together so fast. She has great customer service skills and made the shopping experience SO easy! Love Peppercorn and their staff :))
