Peggy is the best! We’ve worked with Peggy since 2014. We’ve bought 3 houses and sold 1 house with her. Positives: She is an excellent communicator. She is attentive to her client’s needs and “lists” whether they are aware of them or not. She has been so attentive to lifestyle that she’s included “wants” I didn’t even know I had! She is well connected with contractors, lenders and other relevant community members. Negatives: You may become close friends with her because she’s so awesome, and then want to look at houses just to see her more often!

Again thank you for everything. After going through this whole process with you I finally understand how cool/wonderful your job is. Finding the right house for someone and making it happen is something one does…what once or twice in a lifetime? It’s such a huge thing and to have the “right” person guide you and be there for you is something special.

It is one thing to find a real estate agent that knows what they are doing and makes the stressful experience of buying a house easier, but Peggy also truly cares for her clients. I have chosen to buy/sell with her four times now. In one of those situations, buying a house didn’t work out for my best interest. Even after spending her time, energy and resources, Peggy understood the situation and supported me. When I reached out later, she never once made me feel as I would have less of her attention due to our previous encounter. In fact, she responded with immediacy and the full attention that she always gives. I highly recommend working with her.

I first became acquainted with Peggy through her volunteering at a local elementary school. When I had a question about a house that was for sale, she was the first one I thought to ask. She responded quickly to my inquiry and within a couple of days, we were under contract. We went from causually looking at houses on the market one day to finding our new home the next. Although everything happened quickly and unexpectedly, we never felt unprepared because Peggy was there for us during the entire process.

Peggy helped us find a house to relocate into after the Marshall Fire and made sure that we did not pay too much and got in as soon as possible. I can't thank her enough for her patience, expertise and hard work for our family.
