Pretty pretty downtown! We liked the street mall concept and the light live music that was being played by wonderful artists. We will visit this place again!

Cool tourist area, alot more popping than I thought!
The Pearl Street Mall is one of the most successful pedestrian malls in the country. Dedication day for the Pearl Street Mall took place on August 6, 1977, changing the face of Pearl Street forever. Since then, long-standing buildings have been restored, and national and local historic designations ensure that the historic character of downtown Boulder will be maintained. Richard Foy, former Co-Chair of Communications Arts, Inc. (now Stantec) summed up the mall’s success by stating: “Pearl Street, once Boulder’s commercial artery, has become its cultural heart and soul.”
