I was a customer of Patrick's office for over 10 years and unfortunately had to find another agent. I stuck with State Farm as they have been great to work with over the years.Patrick insured one of my first cars over 10 years ago as a kid. His office previously managed all my policies, auto and beyond.In December we received an outrageous 6-month renewal quote on a vehicle that had no accidents and was driven about 7500 miles/year. Both drivers are adults over 35 with squeaky clean driving records.My wife originally phoned and Patrick often spoke over her and seemed to have challenges listening. She asked me to call him. I experienced some of the same behavior from Patrick. Finally, he verbally quoted something reasonable. However, he emailed me the same outrageous quote. I called again. Patrick seemed to have no recollection of what the issue was. This happened a third time. Finally I decided to punt for a month and use our other vehicle.In the mean time, apparently due to an adjustment with the number of vehicles insured, my previously paid 6-month auto policy became more expensive. Apparently there was a difference of about $80 owed. Despite being with Patrick's office for over 10 years, they guy didn't bother to pick up the phone and call me.I realized this about a month after the policy was cancelled. I mistakenly thought that since I had paid my 6-month premium, I was in the clear. Thankfully I didn't get into an accident.State Farm has been great. Patrick's service has not. I suggest avoiding his office entirely and instead finding a competent State Farm agent.

Avoid his office. He rarely responds to emails and is largely unavailable by phone. He is not customer service oriented and seems forgetful and/or out to lunch. Our daughter's car insurance was cancelled and he did not let us know - no email, letter or phone call. I only found out when I tried to pay the bill for the policy. Other State Farm agents that I have used have been great.

Speaking with the Agent, Patrick was very helpful in understanding the importance of Life Insurance. I have also been very happy with the attention to detail and the willingness of the Patrick Smith Agency Team to go the extra mile to help me with my insurance needs.

I was able to add accounts and was able to visit with the staff with a simple text and email. This is really helpful as during these times it is nice to have multiple ways to reach my insurance team. I highly recommend Patrick Smith State Farm office.

Wow, what a great experience today! I was trying to get help on options for life insurance to be sure my mortgage was covered. I got help not only on that and ways to be sure my mortgage was paid but the office reviewed my home insurance and was able to give me an explanation of coverages too. I recommend the agency. I found they have many years of experience in business too.

I am so happy with Patrick Smith agency and his staff. I recently had questions on my coverages with my home. I was concerned about the risks of fire and to be sure my newly installed roof was covered. Since we had a new roof we had already received a lower premium and the coverage was reviewed and my mind is at ease. Thank you Patrick and staff!

I have been very impressed with the help the office staff and agent provides me for my business. They answered questions I wasn’t sure anyone would know. They provided information for my group employee benefits like life and disability insurance as well as liability and worker comp for the company. They have been in business a long time and I respect them highly.
