Great and well-run and compassionate hospital—and they got me in right away. Dr. Brown helped me with my bird Jerry, and we're trying to give him a good outcome and do what we can. Highly recommend for your avian and other pet needs.

The nicest vet and staff. The facilities are so welcoming and so clean. The vet was very knowledgeable about guinea pigs and gave my cavie the most comprehensive exam he has ever received. She was also very gentle with my little guy. Everything was explained and staff was welcoming of questions too. I am really glad I found them!

My frog was really sick and it's hard to find a vet that will take reptiles or exotic pets. My regular vet that would have taken her was closed so after calling about 50 places I got ahold of North Boulder Companion and they said they would take her. We brought her in and unfortunately she did not make it. This vet was kind enough to send me and my family a sympathy card in the mail and the whole staff signed it. I thought that was very thoughtful of them, even an animal as small as a frog was still a part of my family for years and that was very very kind of them to send a card to us. Very sweet and loving vet. Thank you for your help that day!

FIND A DIFFERENT VET, I PROMISE!!! We are EXTREMELY disturbed and upset at the level of negligence and lack of care that was administered to our two cats. First of all, this vet is a DOG vet even though it advertises as all pets. If you don’t have a dog, take your business somewhere else. Our cats were given DOG and HUMAN-level medications and antibiotics that this vet tried to say was for cats. Our older cat has anxiety on road trips and we found out from another vet AFTER administering this anti-anxiety medication that it was for HUMANS! No wonder he was not talking/meowing for a week AND contracted a UTI from the lack of activity. When we called concerned, they just waved it off and told us to give him an ADDITIONAL dosage! It took months for him to get back to normal. Oh don’t worry, there’s more. Our baby cat was given 8 “prescription diet” cat food cans; there was SAWDUST in the food, which we didn’t find out until after visiting a different vet. She also contracted a UTI from this and extreme diarrhea.?Is the theme clear? This vet will do and say ANYTHING for a check and they just don’t care about their patients’ pets’ well-being. We wouldn’t have known any of this had we not gone to another vet, and the new vet was extremely perplexed as to what the hell this vet was doing on MULTIPLE fronts. Beyond frustrating that we wasted this much time and money just to now need to spend more time and money from the damage this vet did. NEVER take your pets here and DEFINITELY DONT TAKE YOUR CATS HERE. I cannot believe this vet is still in business and hasn’t been shut down because the level of negligence and lack of care is truly appalling. Thank you for listening, I hope this review helps save at least a couple pets from future discomfort❤️

I was really impressed with this animal hospital. My dog needed a bite treated (from a dog fight) and the staff got me in right away, were professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. They followed up the next day with a text message asking me how my dog was healing. I recommend this place highly. They were top-notch.

They took wonderful care of my pet rat Sheldon and were kind enough to get me a same day appointment after he scratched up his eye. The staff is absolutely lovely and if i need help again i know where im going!

I brought my sick sugar glider here as an emergency drop in. They took her in immediately and tried their best to save her. She didn’t make it. The vet and vet technicians here were absolutely wonderful and were very kind and tried everything.. I’m grateful they did everything they could and would highly recommend. Thank you.. for trying everything you guys could. ?
